There should be some kind of creepypasta for the steam discovery queue. Like the user checking the queue daily for the steam cards only to find out that content gets more and more depraved by the day, eventually becoming straight up gore porn.
I'm excited to play this after what I've heard about it.

Amazing game! but not really Summer sale related.
So how many people play the secret world/is it worth it at the price? I've heard the story is good, but there's only several hundred people playing on average based on steam charts.
I'm not sure if you want to watch the whole 40 minute video (I found it enjoyable but I know not everyone just has that time to spare) but basically he applauds the world building and mystery aspects but thinks the combat knocks the game down hard, especially if you're alone.
EDIT: You might not mind the combat if you're familiar/like MMO combat.
Meanwhile I bought Shadwen, Transistor, and Axiom Verge.
Shadwen is interesting. It's a stealth game, but the twist is that you're trying to escort a little girl through all the levels. Sounds tedious, but it's interesting having to solve puzzles from that perspective, trying to get both yourself and another through a level by using distractions. It has a limited moral choice system where if the girl sees you kill or finds a body, it impacts the ending. If she doesn't know you killed anyone though it doesn't matter. It also has a Super Hot time gimmick where if you stand still, time freezes. You also get a rewind button.
Transistor is already really great. Engaging gameplay, excellent music, great art direction, and a story that has piqued my interest.
Haven't gotten around to Axiom Verge yet.
Is there way to search "bundles"?
Just uh... never go to G2A from now on

why? what happened?
tinyBuild claims that G2A sold $450k worth of their game keys without paying them.

How is the Elder Scrolls online as of now, is it worth it.
Is it just me, or has Rainbow Six Siege Starter Edition mysteriously vanished from Steam?
Is it just me, or has Rainbow Six Siege Starter Edition mysteriously vanished from Steam?
If I remember correctly, the starter edition for Rainbow Six Siege was only a temporary thing that you could buy within the time it was availible.
Edit: Just checked, I was correct. You could only buy the starter edition from June 2nd to June 19th.

I guess I'm done with the sale.
Wait, is Undertale worth picking up?
oh god sony vegas pro 50% off.
tell me not to buy it. tell me not to waste 200 quids
Do it. I wasted way more than that on it and i don't regret it one second.
Premiere Pro is better, but in the end it comes down to what you want to make. I don't give jack shit about anything else than very basic editing to upload on Youtube, so Vegas was perfect in that regard.
As long as it's not the CC version. Horrible consumer subscription and server issues, and the userface is worse. The only thing it's useful for is group projects. Get the previous versions.
Lack of SWF support reaaaaaally pissed me off. Had to revert to CS6.

I guess it depends on how much is spoiled for you at this point. I picked it up during the last sale and I thought it was great, but my enjoyment largely depended on me knowing next to nothing about all the twists and turns the gameplay/story throws at you. Definitely worth giving a shot if you're in the same boat now.
Wait, is Undertale worth picking up?
Yes but don't go in the Undertale thread until you're done with it. Or at least, only stay there long enough to ask questions.
I would love to buy DOOM and Rainbow Six Siege, but I want to put all my funds into building a new computer since my current one is shit. I REALLY want to buy DOOM though and it is hard not to buy it but I have a really CRAPPY laptop that makes the demo go to the console screen on launch with an OpenGL error.

Might as well save up for a better computer first, most likely by the time you get your funds for your new computer DOOM would probably be on sale again, with a potentially lower price, assuming you won't get your new rig's funds anytime soon.
Any good RPGs on the cheap? Just completed Witcher 3 + its expansions and I'm craving for some rpg goodness.

I definitely recommend Undertale to pretty much everyone, even if you've had things spoiled.
