I only really want FO 3 and New Vegas, but their goty editions are more expensive then they used to be. This sale is pretty shitty for some stuff.
So, what happened to the Culling? I know it had problems, and the devs were kinda thick, but what caused everyone to lambaste it?
My guess is that it ended up being a 15 minutes in fame thing, it was the hit game to play but it fell down the same path as most youtube popular indie games. This is just from what I know and I don't even have the game, almost bought it though
Finally bought the Metro Redux pack. I haven't played the 2033 Redux yet, but I'm loving Last Light so far.
Finally bought the Metro Redux pack. I haven't played the 2033 Redux yet, but I'm loving Last Light so far.
To be fair Last Light Redux doesn't feel too far off from the original one since the gameplay stays more or less the same. For 2033 Redux though, they pretty much overhauled the graphics and streamlined the controls and UI. Stealth is also easier in 2033 Redux. That being said, the atmosphere of the original 2033 is second to none (the moment they open the gate for Hunter. You'll know what I mean when you play).
I have the Naptime is the best time (Foil) and i want to ask something Will prices increase when July 5 is near?

Is helldiver's worth it if I might not have friends to play it with?
How is Serious Sam 2? It's really damn cheap
It's still Serious Sam but it's a bit too kiddy-like, due to the publisher fucking with Croteam then also the ending is utter shit
Is helldiver's worth it if I might not have friends to play it with?
It's plenty of fun to play with randoms online, but I can't really recommend the game. For me the real fun of the game was to unlock everything (AFAIK there isn't really anything else to do), but it feels like the majority of the unlocks aren't unlocked by playing the game, but by paying real money. Just look at the list of DLC. Every single one of them unlocks three things (various combinations of items, cosmetics and guns) So you either buy the DLC and don't have a much fun unlocking stuff because you already have plenty of choices or you don't buy the DLC and will see other players using fun items you will never ever be able to unlock.
Is squad worth it for $30usd? Anyone know if there are any actually populated australian servers?
Is Rainbow Six Siege worth getting along with its season pass? I kinda need to scratch my SWAT 4/R6:3 itch.
Thanks to whoever suggested UberMosh Now i dont need to waste my time browsing memes while downloading with extremely low connection
Is Rainbow Six Siege worth getting along with its season pass? I kinda need to scratch my SWAT 4/R6:3 itch.
It's hella fun in my opinion but it can get a tad frustrating at times. Although I would not recommend it if you're looking for a SWAT type of game, it's a teamplay based multiplayer shooter game at best.
Is squad worth it for $30usd?
I'd like to know about this aswell (although its 15usd for me)
I have the Naptime is the best time (Foil) and i want to ask something Will prices increase when July 5 is near?
When July 5 hits people will throw their cards into market at 0.03€ price to get something out of it rather than get possibly nothing.

At the moment it's mostly infantry combat only but that is still great, as long as you can find a good server. Obviously the game is in early access so not everything is there yet, but there are regular updates and what is there is fun to play even if there isn't a huge amount. I haven't played it for a while but i backed it on kickstarter and played it for almost 15 hours at release, which isn't something i normally do for multiplayer games like this. I'd recommend picking it up if you have any interest already, if only just because next month, vehicles are going to be added: [t]http://media.joinsquad.com/2016/June/SummerSale/promo_btr1.jpg[/t] [t]http://media.joinsquad.com/2016/June/SummerSale/promo_btr2.jpg[/t] [t]http://media.joinsquad.com/2016/June/SummerSale/promo_humvee.jpg[/t] [t]http://media.joinsquad.com/2016/June/SummerSale/promo_ural375d.jpg[/t]
When July 5 hits people will throw their cards into market at 0.03€ price to get something out of it rather than get possibly nothing.
You'd think, but from what I've seen the prices always jump up near the end. No more cards getting produced is the biggest factor. I've found there are a lot of people who didn't bother with selling cards even without the authentication requirement, but at the same time people seeking out the last cards they need to complete the sets they have.
ArmA 3 at 50%off looks so tempting, but the concept of it still confuses me. Is it like Battlefield meets Planetside meets GMod? Will I be able to play it alone if I don't find any online games?
I've spent many hours just fucking around in the editor making small little skirmishes. I'd say buy it and if anything you can just refund it

First time I've had money in years to actually buy from the sale... Turns out steam has had longstanding issues with the visa-debit cards from my bank (Steam relaying the wrong billing address even when that's not possible IE: Linked through paypal) Steam support has pretty much just told me "it's everyone else's fault" when it's clearly a steam issue that's relaying the wrong address. Just to make it even better, my bank can't do anything either since the full merchant info never reaches them because of course steam tells them my address isn't actually my address. Thanks steam
If someone has €2,74, doesn't know what to do with it and likes classic JRPGs, I highly suggest Epic Battle Fantasy 4. Trust me, it's a great game for its price with quite some content. The combat system is darn satisfying, character builds are costumisable and can easily be changed, music's great and it's quite humorous to boot. And you don't need to have played the previous installments to understand the story. Just be sure to play the game on Epic difficulty (200% increase in monster strength), it's a fair challenge that requires you to really think about your strategy. And you only get boss achievements for beating bosses on Epic.

For some reason Squad runs worse than Arma 3 for me, so I had to refund it
For some reason Squad runs worse than Arma 3 for me, so I had to refund it
There are a few issues with AMD cards at the moment if you have one of those.
I just realized the Steam Link is on sale, Can't wait to play some pc games on my 75 inch :joy:
Is squad worth it for $30usd? Anyone know if there are any actually populated australian servers?
Acceptable game with great potential. And barely any australians, mostly americans, french and especially germans. But of course there's bad parts... - Very slow updating, and when there's an update there's barely anything in it - A lot of promises that they chouldn't keep up with, but it'll be there soon (they have vehicles but not functionable) - Horrible optimization for AMD products (Yes UE4 has problems with AMD, but many other UE4 games work a lot better) - Toxic in-game community - The developers and the others on the team consists (not all but quit a bit too many) of immature people. They are litteraly thinking and posting Youtube quality posts on their forums, and they're not friendly toward valid criticism. But remember that it's a small team. If I were you I'd wait for the next sale and see then. From now on BF2 Project Reality is a far better alternative, content and stablization wise.

While the actual addition of new content is fairly slow, that seems to be mostly because they were focusing on getting vehicles working, which it seems will actually be in the game next month. They very clearly outline at the end of every month what they're working on currently. As for the promises, what is there other than vehicles that they've missed so far? Vehicles had more problems with the engine than anticipated so it's sort of understandable why there took so long. So far in the 15 hours i've played i haven't encountered any toxic players, and I've only played on public servers. Could you give some examples of the "youtube quality posts" and being "not friendly toward valid criticism"? I don't browse the forums there often so i have no idea what sort of thing you mean by that.
- Toxic in-game community
That is completely 100% an utter lie.
Can someone with experience with Steam Database verify to me if the Legacy of Kain Collection was pulled from steam? I was looking forward to buying it but for some reason I can't find it on steam anymore.

I'm not saying that every single person is toxic, there are good parts of it. From my experience there's a 50-50: Either you run into a squad leader who leads good tactical players, or you get crazy people that does nothing but ruin the game, and talks shit to others. It was real good at the start, but more of these are starting to flod it.

You don't call the in-game community toxic if it's only a few select people that are like that. For the most part, the community is almost the exact opposite of toxic.
