Can't you just transfer hydrogen from a subsidized ship to a private ship now and sell the power generated from the private ship to the city?

While that might be true to some players, it think it's more likely the majority of people are just stopping because the novelty of the game coming back up has worn off to them. Happens with pretty much every game and game mod, there's this surge of population on release/big updates then it just dwindles down.

As it is I am starting to get bored, it's a little accelerated due to the cost. I probably won't end up resubbing. Are characters deleted if you unsub? I might load up my seachest with a bunch of tl32 tech for when I return later, assuming the universe isn't wiped.
