What Facepunch empires are up right now and how far along are they? If people don't want to post it it would be nice if they could PM me - I'm looking to get back into this.

Crotia is hitting the 2000 pop mark, and we're starting to colonize other systems.
Salane has hit 1,608 total citizens and is colonizing it's solar system. We currently have 4 (5?) active members, NoPartyHats, DeandreT, Me, Pilotguy (Though I haven't seen him yet ingame) and whoever Kyleklingforth is.
Was anything done to player ships? Eg, if I owned a ship back in the yonder toucan days and left it in orbit somewhere, am I still likely to own that ship if I logged back in now? Just curious, I doubt I'll resume playing Hazeron.

Anyone remember when PTMC killed off all of our fleets (Arceon, first FP empire) while we were all asleep?
So how does war work in this game?
So how does war work in this game?
You drop troops down on peoples military bases and that captures the flags, once those are all taken you head to the town square and capture the flag. After that the place is occupied. As for space combat, whoever has the TL32 ships wins.

More accurately: whoever has a Battle Barge wins, judging from the forum reports of combat with the Syndicate.
Mevian Dynasty's first spaceport goes up today.
Starting a new city on a lovely and spacious continent. The old city is now stable in morale, and produces vast quantities of materials that i'll need for the new one. After that, off to attempt another moon landing and colony.
All of toucans ships exploded for one or another reason over the years.
I have a BC-304 Variant 1 still. I have no fucking idea how it has survived this long. Actually, I'm not sure if it was toucan or tau'ri.
Actually on the topic of the Battle Barges... has anyone actually faced one first hand? I'm convinced that most of their power is legendary and they're just glass cannons in order to scare the shit out of people by one-hitting ships.
So how many FP Empires are near the main cluster? Don't need to post cords I just want to know if we could even help each other out.
Solarius Mk I is up and running. Maybe it defend our planet from pirates probably.
So how many FP Empires are near the main cluster? Pirates really can't do anything at TL1. Also the main cluster is around 300, 0, 0 in terms of sectors.
Its kinda neat how we are all scrambling over the scraps of a long lost empire that had greater tech than us. Its like a lot of science fiction universes. Things like this are what make the game so neat. We even have legends of super powerful ships from the previous empires and the such
well, seems my crew did not understand the difference of orbiting and crashing into a planet's lava seas at interplanetary speeds.
First spaceship is up and running. Time to find some other planets.
First successful ship just got deaded, I thought it would be cool to fly on the outskirts of a gas giant, it instantly exploded.
I really like the idea behind this game and would really like to play it, but I just can't. The clunky controls, piss-poor tutorial, awful UI, and jerky mouse movements are an instant turn off to me.
i just dont understand this economy system. i have close to 10 million circulating in my economy with 20% tax and yet i still only have 6000 income per 13 minutes.
So I landed on a planet in some binary system, noticed it was getting darker, turned around and bam. i saw this [THUMB]http://i.imgur.com/XrvDn62.jpg?1[/THUMB] it looks like a snowman
[T]http://i.imgur.com/bMU5lwM.jpg[/T] Moments before I flew to another planet... And went full throttle which made my ship vaporize and I fell in some random ass ocean.
I landed on another planet, theres no animals but the bean plants glow red. Should I be worried?
I landed on another planet, theres no animals but the bean plants glow red. Should I be worried?
Take all the beans, sell each bean for 50k. They are magic.
On scale from Eve Online to Dwarf Fortress, how hard is this game to learn?
