People should start advertising their empires in this thread. I also might join a new empire with TL32 tech I've just stolen.

I've got my little Salane Bird Theocracy going on. No members besides me and some guy who said he'd come on later. I only have a very, very basic city set up so far, but hey my flag is cool!

I wish I knew who was who, people don't seem to be using the same names ingame.

I downloaded the 32x version of the installer, installed it and ran it. But when i try to create a new empire or join a current one my game crashes, anyone have an idea as to what causes it?

I'm all for starting another empire, but since I've only had one successful run to TL32, I'd really want more people because the game gets lonely as FUCK. And it takes all of your time running an empire by yourself.

Oh boy here we go again. Last time i played i think me and some other guy were the first guys in space in the first FP nation or what was it called. The first colony was called Scouters reach or something. But yeah if some FPers are gonna start up a new empire im all up for this shit again. The spess calls to me once more.

I tried playing the game for like a hour and figured out how to craft and stuff, but am still confused as fuck. Tried the wiki and official site, but their tutorials aren't helping. Anyone have any good tutorials?

Why is the game so laggy? I'm playing on a pretty new expensive laptop but I'm getting like 10 FPS when I go into the world. The character creation was pretty smooth though.

The character creation was pretty smooth though.[/QUOTE] I think ever since the new world generation was added it's been really laggy for even mid/higher end computers, My friends build is pretty high end and he only gets 24~ fps on the planets with 60 in space. Combine this new fps lag with the normal hazeron server lag it makes things almost unbearable. I can't even play because the server kicks me after 5 minutes, forcing me to restart the game over and over. I can't take it anymore.

Hazeron runs fine for me after a minute or two, after the game starts.

so i made an empire, but a buddy of mine cant seem to join me. he puts in my empires name and its set to password only. is there something i need to do on my end to allow him to join?

Go to policy F12 and reset password? If that fails you can send him an invite through chat.

It's mostly idle because I haven't had much time, just pumping money into the accounts while it researches tech. Progress is slow. I don't think many people are near me so the risk of an invasion is not that high, but I wouldn't doubt it happening eventually.

Okay, so I'm going to give this game a try I missed the last one because I had a shit PC.

Is there some way all of our little mini-empires can enter an alliance of some kind? I feel lonely, but I also don't want to leave behind all the stuff I've done so far :(. I'm Norrigi by the way.

But whats gonna be the main FP thing though? Anyone have any ideas?

I had the first successful landing. Naturally, I had forgotten all the resources so I had to go back lol.
