Is NeoCAS still active?
Me, if you wish. What is your in-game name?
Same as my Facepunch name, Onii.
It looks as if there's going to be steamroll happening sometime in the near future. http://hazeron.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=6044&start=40
We've uncovered a bit of a network of conspiracy.
Same as my Facepunch name, Onii.
What time are you usually on?
Boy this thread is very dead. Does anyone even still play hazeron? Or did everyone quit
Boy this thread is very dead. Does anyone even still play hazeron? Or did everyone quit
Things are dying down slightly, a lot of people lost their enthusiasm. There's also suppose to be a restart around new years.
Everyone is waiting on that restart. As soon as I told my friends they dropped the game immediately.
I let my empire decay in anticipation for the new start.
I let my empire decay in anticipation for the new start.
this and there wasnt anything to do.
Well considering I have never gotten past TL 3 with my own empire, I think I can afford the chance that I may lose it all at new years. Thats still several months away. Its interesting to see the in-game politics unfold. There are stirrings of war about.
I would give it a go but the website looks pretty shady
I would give it a go but the website looks pretty shady
Haha, what? I mean yeah, but don't be a pussy. The dude in charge just didn't spend any time on making the website pretty.
I would give it a go but the website looks pretty shady
There was a point where downloading the game would give you a virus. So its not exactly strange to be worried.
I would give it a go but the website looks pretty shady
Imo it doesn't look shady, it just looks '90s.
Official reset announced on New Years.
Official reset announced on New Years.
I hope it's timed exactly so we can all count down and say "Happy new universe!"
Oh, boy. I can't wait! We should all participate in the same empire when it resets. Since I've made my empire in September I'm really comfortable just helping out someone else since I know exactly what to do.
Man the wait for the reset is killing me. Maybe this time I won't spawn within a few wormhole jumps of another empire
I can't wait. Too bad I will be in New York on the thirty first I think... I still think I can make my empire mighty though.
Not to brag about being right or anything, but im going to go ahead and point out that i did in fact issue this entire thread a warning beforehand. Now the game is fucked over by retarded changes again. I repeat: if you continue playing do not invest any time you give a shit about.

I kinda like the harvester change myself, but yea, the newbie thing is odd and needs work.
Working on a new ship to use once the galaxy is reset (and I reach an appropriate tech level) [t]http://puu.sh/5NiHA.jpg[/t] So far I only have the hull done, not counting some weapon bays and engineering sections. As of right now it's mostly Holds. [sp]Yes it is what you (might) think it is[/sp]
This is a great game if you can ignore the lag, its like a Noctis, just with laser guns and randomly generated aliens and shit. Who wants to make a galactic zoo on some planet? I mean, extract the DNA of all the creatures we find and place them in farms, find the most meaty creature and start distributing that to new colonies. Etc. The game has a lot to explore, its such fun!
Restart will be happening soon. There's also the addition of new galaxies which has sparked controversy, and you have more options for your spawning locations.
19 galaxies. Why? Shores of Hazeron doesn't have the biggest player base, and even in one galaxy there was more than enough real estate. So why 19 different galaxies? I can understand maybe a separate place for new players to get experienced with the game, that makes some sense. (Much better than that upper and lower thing.) I just don't think I understand the need for 19 different galaxies, er the only difference being skyboxes for now at least. I don't see an empire spanning multiple galaxies, it was hard enough spanning 100 sectors.
The 19 different galaxies things is stupid, but right now you can only get to two of them. plus they are 80% smaller. so on the reset, the universe will be pretty small. Hopefully we can convince haxus to only make 5 galaxies or so. Just a reminder the reset is coming in like 48 hours.
he didn't add the inter-galactic wormholes either I believe, so you can only acces the two in which you can start and use berthing to move back and forth.
Who of you are all thinking of starting after the restart? Me and 2 buddies are pretty sure about it, but I'd like to know how the rest of you guys think about it, and why you want to or don't want to jump back in.
I'm gonna probably hop back on and start playing this again after the reset
I can't wait to reboot my Imperium.
