And of course not rendering random citizens who spawn and despawn continuously for no reason. and a lot of things honestly.

perhaps a mod could edit the thread title to say the server is permanently down?

And of course not rendering random citizens who spawn and despawn continuously for no reason. and a lot of things honestly.[/QUOTE] there's some drawbacks to doing the city update ticks that way though assuming you still want to simulate time or manufacture/trade specific goods you'd have to at least somewhat calculate the amount of time lapsed and figure out where everything should be distributed having it tick for decay constantly wasn't necessary though, as you could do a single destruction update on player approach depending on when the last time the system was visited and as far as i'm aware random NPC citizens were already client-side to an extent

Basically we had been hunting the guy for a little while, was pretty much a hobby of mine. Jokingly, he posted two out of the three coordinate points of his actual location, I mostly figured he was just posting a fake location, but we sent some ships in that direction anyway, searching the general area he'd most likely be in. Surely enough, he was there. As the guy never stopped posting in chat, it was pretty easy to find out when we were getting close (Sector range, planet range etc). Fun times.

I only regret not taking any screenshots of any of my cities and of a habitable planet my friend found that was the size of a moon, had a thick ass atmosphere, had rings, and 2 moons. I also regret never traveling to the black hole.

Working and building up to get to that magical TL32 Technology. Building my first warp capable ship. Sometimes spy on those close larger empires(French Empire). And several attempts to steal their designs and ships(FE again). This was in the 3`rd Universe btw. Thanks Haxus, even you gave the game an unworthy end, i can understand, you where only one guy with limited time and efforts. Maybe you(Hazeron) will be resurrected on some way or another, hopefully with some of the same liberties Ive ever seen in a computer game. In Hazeron one could choose to either stay with a little farming colony wondering about the mystery about the stars, or build and tech up to actually visit them. Good Bye. Primeval World still works with internet connection disabled, it will be a memory of what could have been and a place to remember. also, the reason why i started playing Hazeron in the first place was because i was searching for an old game i played sometimes in the 90`s, but never had the possibility to buy it, and that game is/was called Gravity well. Does anybody know if there is a way to play singleplayer now, since the launcher can't connect to the server anymore?

I wonder is someone would be able to hack the singleplayer component so that we can spawn ships and stuff. Man I wish I had take a few videos for posteriority.
