True, I believe. It's too bad on my second play through I got ending A just because I already got Ending S. I wasted 500K on the keys to the sports car.

Actually, in regards to keys to cars, bikes, and whatnot carrying over, mine just did.
Got Ending C because I was fucking about with Trooper, and restarted the story from there. I even have the maintenance key.
I think the key factor is getting an ending. I do remember that I was level 37 or so and I may have restarted the story in the middle of playing, and once I did, I lacked all my keys. So this needs to be looked into.

I beat the game once and kept all my keys. Beat it a second time and lost them all. I have no clue how it works.
