What's the quickest way to get some repulse
Yesterday I was knocked out by looters. I tried to be Chuck Norris and beat them without weapons but I got sprayed with paint and clubbed with a crowbar. Then I woke up in one of the bathrooms.
It also seems like that looters can steal you bald. Yes you heard right, I made chuck a total badass SWAT-uniformed bald guy with sunglasses and they managed to steal Chuck's baldness.

It was incredibly nice of them to remove his cancer.
2 Questions.
1. Can someone name all the unlockable costumes
2.How in the freaking hell can you enter the cinema?

1. a. All of the knight's armor pieces, the helmet, boots, chest armor, and beard. The helmet can be won by beating Jack in strip poker during the mission Ante up, and you can save Jack during the side-mission "Welcome to the Family." The boots can be bought at the Platinum strip pawnshop for 2 million dollars. The chest armor is awarded for getting the S ending. The beard can be found in the beauty shop in the Royal Flush Plaza's second floor(can't remember the name of the store).
b. Tattered Clothes(Shaun of the Dead reference) Kill 1000 zombies with your bare hands, skill moves count.
c. Orange prison outfit. Kill 10 psychopaths
d. Wilamette Security Uniform(Otis's uniform). Save 50 survivors in one playthrough
e. Hockey Mask. You can earn this by killing a zombie with all of the weapons on this list: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7643056/dr2.txt
2. There are certain show times that you can enter the cinema during, they should be on the board on top of the entrance.
You forgot the Hockey mask.
What way is that?
Well, I used a gem blower, dodged his pans and plates he kept showing in my fucking face but in the end I could not defeat him because he kept going back to his fucking food and regaining his health all the time.
Then soon after a load of tries I realized I could stun him before he got there and he would turn back and ignore the food/meals AND that I could basically just charge him with all my might without any hefty losses.
So I did that, and succeeded in like 5 minutes. I'm sure you can do the same with any good combo-melee weapons.
Hot Dog & Large Soda, probably.
Anyone know when the Tape It or Die group appears in Palisades? There are so many different theories I'm not sure which to follow.
wow...someone just linked me the list that rusty made of all the items from head trauma...I compared it to my list from earlier last month and saw only 1 item missing...bass guitar..so I said "nothing to lose..I may as well try it."
I hit a zombie with bass guitar "HOCKEY MASK UNLOCKED"
I am both happy and angry at the same time for missing this.
OK, so why the fuck should the mission time still be running whilst you are still doing the fucking mission. This is ridiculous. I have saved the game where the mission is almost at an end and the mission consists of those two ladies with swords, and I don't have enough time to kill them, obviously. FUCKING CRAP
[editline]09:09PM[/editline]
this shit is SO FUCKING FRUSTRATING i fucking think I am going to hurt myself
[editline]09:22PM[/editline]
There. I download a god damn trainer instead. Fuck wasting 40 minutes trying to kill a boss under 5 minutes.
so that all melee challenge, does it have to be one playthrough?
[editline]10:28PM[/editline]
I don't think so. I achieved it after having killed around six hundred zombies in one playthrough.
Throwing zombies in large crowds helps to speed up the process - the throw will take out between five to ten zombies.
apart from for the 1000 zombies killed by hand achievement/unlock theres no collateral damage, the 5-10 you kill by throwing a zombie into the crowd dont count, only the zombie thrown. I found that out the hard way believe me.

Did you know that sometimes you'll RECEIVE a mission with almost no time left? Yup, get a new message, check it, IT'S IN THE RED. Fuck everything about that.
This game would be much better if the timescale was slowed way down. There would be less pressure for missions, the transition between night and day would be more marked (since nights would be much longer), and the game would generally be longer and have more play value since you're not rushing around all the fucking time.

yeah this is effin bs
the original dead rising had a time limit for each case. if you got there no matter how much time is left, you made it. i didn't know they changed it this time around and just let the timer on the first case go till i only had a couple of minutes left and bam. no time to do all the sub-cases at all.
Are there mods to fix the time problem or extend the ingame minutes yet? Probably the biggest problem I have with the game.

Use a trainer to freeze it, it's the only way I think.
Alright, so I got my Shawn of the Dead clothing, but how do I put it on?
Use a trainer to freeze it, it's the only way I think.
I used the +21 trainer to freeze the clock, but it froze to 7AM and somehow an hour passed (even though the clock still said 7AM, WTF) and Katey turned. :saddowns:
I'm sure someone will release something to remove/slow down timers.
A mod to change the timescale (30 seconds realtime/1 minute in game would be nice) would be a godsend.
(Oh also, anyone remember this? :v:)

I remember completing DR1 with a S ending. The Overtime in DR1 was so much better, so much more satisfying, and when you finally completed the game, barely beating the military, this music plays.

Hunting Jacket looks awesome, wish I could somehow get it on PC. :saddowns:
so anyone care to answer my earlier question, especially rusty, do you have to use all weapons in 1 playthrough for the outfit?

Does the Dealer outfit count stuff you get when you import from Case: Zero?
It only counts clothes found in stores, not unlockable clothes.
If you guys are having a problem fitting everything in the timespan of the game, you probably should be playing another game. I've always had plenty of time in my playthrough's to do everything. Hell, in my last playthrough I saved 50+ survivours, completed every case that showed up, and gambled enough money to afford the SUV and Chopper.
