You get 3 combo cards from the Tape It Or Die crew. They're the only ones I need. It's the Plate Launcher, vacuum and sawblad card and something else. You can see them before 12PM on day 3 and you give them some plates, later Stacy will tell you they're fighting zombies and you have to rescue them.
sweet as, I'm missing those two and another now. cheers man
also chuck had a feeling about Sullivan and decided to end the story early

by swallowing him
Ugh, that fucking chef is impossible. No matter how perfectly I time it, sometimes he just REFUSES to be staggered and hits me with the pan anyway. Then I have to heal, which means he heals. And he can heal faster than me. Bull. Fucking. Shit.
[editline]02:39AM[/editline]
Oh and he can run faster than me too! BRILLIANT

I used the broom too hit him 3 times and used roll to escape. After that, I used spike bat as he tried to eat. And sometimes I would shoot him if he got to close to food.
Got combat roll? Helps a lot. Also, don't try to hit him more then maybe 3 times.

I've got the roll, but he's fast enough to heal enough times that my weapons keep breaking. And I can't leave or he'll heal.

Collect yourself 8 survivors and arm them with LMGs from the Pawn Shop, then run in with a bottle of mustard and let them do the work.
worked for me.
but they had trouble not shooting one another.
Knife glove, hit him while he's eating, you damage him faster than he heals. He runs straight for the next food. I didn't take a single hit.

I'll try that, since I already rescued most of the survivors. Time to farm The Man's Sport and Shank's for a while. Inventory full of knifegloves, here I come! :buddy:
they should effin ban [sp]in-game screamers[/sp]
i nearly died at the very end rofl
Levitation zombie scared the fuck out of me...
Facepunch is back, whoop. Also, the new post-tinting sucks. I can barely see which posts are mine!
I didn't have enough time to complete the missions I wanted to do, so I'm restarting the game as soon as I reach level 20.
I'm currently level 50, have beat all psychopaths, have achieved S ending, bought all vehicles and obtained all combo cards except for the 3 you get from rescuing the Tape it or Die survivors. Amazing game.
Sweet, got the "S - Slaughter = Laughter" and "Head Trauma" achievements today.
The hockey mask looks neat.

Anyone else think they are going to release a infinite mode through DLC?
Anyone else think they are going to release a infinite mode through DLC?
Eeh... I heard about the original Infinite Mode and was turned off by the idea. This is what I hope for:
7 Day Survival (Fueled by Katey's need for Zombrex)
Survivors are still there, rescuing them earns you money. Bringing back more survivors increases your reward (1 survivor = $5000, 2 is $15k, 3 is $30k, 4 is $50, 5 is $75k, 6 is $105k, etc.). Woodrow and Janus still give you the same bonus ($50k)
Zombrex prices have been raised (Starts at $50k now, increases by $50k the second time, $100k each time after)
TiR Online winnings CAN NOT be transferred into a 7 Day Survival game.
Psychopaths appear randomly now, but still carry the same rewards if you beat them (For instance, defeat the Mailman Psychopath and receive Zombrex and a Shotgun)
Every 100 zombies dead gives you $1k, every 500 zombies killed give you $5k and every 1k zombies killed gives you $25k.
Whatcha think?
Where do i find the B.F.G.?
[sp]When you unlock, I think, Case 7-1. You end up arriving in the Underground Tunnels at what appears to be another Safe House Bunker. Instead, they're hoarding the mutated Super Zombies in there, killing them with a high-pitched frequency and harvesting Queens. Once you defeat the Mercs, the B.F.G can usually be found where they were.[/sp]
Having to constantly give Zombrex to Katey in Infinite Mode actually sounds p. cool.

Alright, thanks. I started a new playthrough, and now I'm on 6-1, so I don't have much left to do.
I'm surprised they didn't put a free-roaming mode in the original game before release, because there is so much things you can do in the game, that you have to cram in one 72 hour period ([sp]not including overtime[/sp]), plus I was pissed when I couldn't go through [sp]the shortcut to Palisades mall[/sp] on my second run through.
Has there been an updated trainer released yet for the Steam version? I can't handle not having my frozen time.
any one wanna help me with case 6 where you [sp]fight the military guy?[/sp]
Painkillers/Coffee creamer, knife gloves, don't get shot.

Scroll down, download first trainer you see, that says "Dead Rising 2 v1.0 +9 TRAINER #2" by SER[G]ANT.
Press F1 before activating any of the trainer's functions.
This trainer doesn't have freeze clock, just has the add and subtract hours function.

what the fuck?

Yah the tape it or die crew are in the game..They are a hidden easter egg during 4-1(I THINK) and 6-1(I THINK). You can rescue them after mission 6 and you have to talk them after mission 4.
where are they and what time do they first appear (just a little more specific than 4-1)
[editline]03:35PM[/editline]
oh right " before 12PM on day 3" right?

I don't remember..look it up..but I just know they are in the bottom floor of the sport center in palisades mall (BRING A CEMENT SAW AND PLATES WITH YOU. Cannot stress this enough.) There is a door down there that is locked usually. I think it unlocks sometime after 6am on 3rd day..may want to make sure though.

The door on the bottom floor of the sports shop in the Palisades Mall, bring plates and a cement saw. Later you'll get a message from stacey telling you about 4 survivors fighting in the Mall, when you rescue all 4 you get the cards.

Well, the Chef went down easy under my knife gloves. So did Randy and the Twins. The Mailman got a taste of my Defiler :v:
