As for the Twins, Knife Glove them when they charge you, roll out of the way of their other attacks.

Chainsaw bike is the best way. You can get about 1K kills before it breaks, and then it's just leave area, come back, re-combine chainsaw and bike, repeat.

I used Battery and combined it with Boxing Gloves. There's several magazines that can be had at Royal Plaza that gives you money boosts! hope that helps.
