I make someone with a bargaining book to join the game, he drop the book, leave, join, drop it, leave, join, drop it until my inventory is full with books.
One book gives you 10% off when you buy stuff from the pawnshop so when I've 12 books I get 120% off.
Then I just buy the SUV key over and over and get 400 000 every 3rd second.
I currently have 170 000 000 dollars.

Eh, I started a new game after finishing a game on coop and getting Ending A and when I started a new single player game, all my keys are gone, the rest of my stats and clothing unlocks are all normal, but I have lost all vehicles - is this normal? What do I do? :S
Also I had to do that Slicycles minigame at the start.
EDIT: Actually I've lost entries in my notebook too, what the hell?

It's normal, car keys aren't kept when you start a new game from a saved finished game.

If so, i would practically be able to get a million in just 1 minute, right?

First level up, ignore all missions, get to level 10-15 at least, then restart story and play the cases.
Also combine Bowie Knife + Boxing Gloves and use this on every boss fight, and combine MMA gloves + Nails for a common item that's a fast, easy way to get through large groups while also getting a good amount of PP. Save often and if you're having trouble with a boss fight use Painkillers. Finally, a good way to save time is to save multiple survivors at once and manage your missions to get everything done quickly and efficiently.

Does anyone else have a bug where almost everything in the game seems to be cloaked in a white shader? This only happens at night for me.
I think it may just be my GTX 260 rearing it's ugly head again, I have to get rid of this piece of shit.

I don't know about gambling magazines, but you can do it with the bike magazines and get around 20 000 kills without the Slicecycle breaking if you have your inventory full with bike magazines.
Holy crap, I had a hard time with the last boss in co-op, I just can't imagine having to do all that alone.

I had this too. Verifying the game cache helped temporarily, but the problem returned now and again. I think it's due to some conflicting drivers, because when i upgraded my graphics drivers it disappeared.

I know it must be something conflicting within my machine, because only a few 260ers have it. But for the life of me I can't figure out what the hell is wrong.
I've upgraded my graphics drivers several times and it just doesn't fix it. I've heard that disabling DX10 works but that just defeats the point of having the high end graphics card.

Does anyone have a list of all the hidden survivors?

"Here is the latest update that we have on this:
We are still haveing a few issues getting this offer working properly. At this point the fix will take more time than originally planned. We do not have an estimate at this time for a resolution but I can say that it will not be fixed tonight. When more information is available, we will pass it along. We appreciate your patietnce as we work to resolve the issue."
