The boss fights are fun and cutscenes interesting
Cutscenes were interesting. Fights were unnecessarily difficult, and just plain unnecessary.
Fucking Brandon or whoever it is, man. He's basically Shaggy with a piece of glass, in a bathroom. And he's hard as fuck if you don't bring along orange juice by the gallon-full.
Better off bringing Pain Killers.

"Waaaah bosses are in a video game why don't they die when I blink at them"
"Waaaah bosses are in a video game why don't they die when I blink at them"
It's not because they're difficult, it's because the developers went for the wrong kind of difficulty. The right kind of difficulty puts your reflexes and quick thinking to the test, and there should be a certain flow to it that makes it fun. the wrong kind of difficulty just knocks you over every 10 seconds and has the bosses be next to impossible to hit without getting hurt.
Any chance that Case West will eventually come to PC?
Any chance that Case West will eventually come to PC?
Never.
Any chance that Case West will eventually come to PC?
Did the other DLC ever come to PC?
Did the other DLC ever come to PC?
I was wondering if it was going to pull a Fallout 3, all the DLC's eventually made it on PC.

Once you figure out their strategies and weaknesses they become easier.
The Bosses in DR2 have their patterns. Once you figure out their strategies and weaknesses they become easier.
Most of the strategy is: Bring enough Quicksteps to drown Cletus, and use 5 Knife Gloves/Blitzkriegs/Defilers. And maybe wait in front of the encounter's entrance because the boss is all about teleportation and knocking you over.
The Bosses in DR2 have their patterns. Once you figure out their strategies and weaknesses they become easier.
But you shouldn't have to memorize anything. Boss battles should be challenging, but intuitive. If I have to remember some obscure trick or pattern, it just isn't fun.
There's something I'm not quite clear on about the ending. [sp]I didn't give TK any zombrex, but it still says I got ending A. Is Overtime a continuation of the story or just an extra thing? What ending could be better than A?[/sp]
[sp]Overtime extends the story, to get ending S.[/sp]
[sp]Is that the 'canon' ending?[/sp]
[sp] According to Case West, yes [/sp]
Case West is basically a "What If" DLC.
[sp]Case West follows on from Ending A, making it canon.[/sp] [sp]Ending S, and Overtime mode, are there to give the game some closure as a self-contained package, without the DLC.[/sp]
But you shouldn't have to memorize anything. Boss battles should be challenging, but intuitive. If I have to remember some obscure trick or pattern, it just isn't fun.
But it isn't about about memorizing an entire pattern. It's about strategy too. For example: Slappy. You can jump-kick him so he falls and whack him with the knife-gloves when he is stunned or throw marbles in his path (or puke) to make him slip and fall and then attack him.

Worked fine.
have they figured out modding for the game yet
Actually, yes they have. Take a look at this site. I must say, [sp]Sullivan's death was fucking awesome.[/sp]
I got heaps of TIR money, how do i get it over to my new save? SO it doesn't go to my Ending S save?
Is there a good way to get money without TIR?
Is there a good way to get money without TIR?
There's a game in the Americana Casino where you stand in a box and catch money by jamming your use button. If you're good at it, you can get over $1000 every time.
Is Case: West out yet?
Is there a good way to get money without TIR?
computer + torch ++ atm
Is Case: West out yet?
Yes.
How many in-game hours is Case West?
Is there a good way to get money without TIR?
Get all the Gambling magazines, and go to the Slot Ranch Casino and use the huge slot machine
Get all the Gambling magazines, and go to the Slot Ranch Casino and use the huge slot machine
You can make $1,000,000 every ten minutes or so with this method. Just keep trying.
