Well fuck, 2 millions for a pair of boots, any suggestions on how to get that on singleplayer ? And are there any trainers that work with the legit version ? with time freeze and that sort of stuff.

1000 barehanded zombies kills ain't so hard, just do it when you're high leveled and use the skill moves.

Is there a counter in the game that shows how many I killed barehanded?

can you combine weapons if you know the combos but you don't have the actual combo cards?

The only difference is that you don't get PP bonuses from them and you can't do heavy attacks with combo weapons made through scratch cards.
