Yes
can you combine weapons if you know the combos but you don't have the actual combo cards?
Yes, then doing so rewards you with a "scratch card", however you do not get a special secondary attack (if the item has one), or the bonus PP when killing things. For example, with the "defiler", you get 125 PP instead of 250 when killing zombies, and you don't get the spin attack if you don't have the combo card.
Is there a counter in the game that shows how many I killed barehanded?
Nope, though the easiest way is to just keeping dropkicking and elbowdropping zombies from the doorway to silver strip back to Royal Flush plaza, 100 kills per minute or so if you keep doing this.
FUCKING RANDY FFF- FUCKING ANTOINE FFF- [sp]Can't kill either of them[/sp]
Randy is a pushover, either follow the rocket launcher trick said before or just do a hit & run (hit him once or twice, run and jump, after he's cooling down, hit him again, rinse & repeat) Antoine is easy, either make The Blitzkrieg (Electric Wheelchair+Merc Assault Rifle) or just get lots of food and use any melee weapon on him all the time, and throw something or run up to him when he's eating.
Damn, ninja'd. :frown:
Randy is a pushover, either follow the rocket launcher trick said before or just do a hit & run (hit him once or twice, run and jump, after he's cooling down, hit him again, rinse & repeat)
Um, no, sorry. Randy may not be the hardest but he is NOT a pushover.
Antoine is so easy. I don't get why people complain about him. I mean I know he regenerates health but all you need is a pair of knife gloves. Just run up to him, hit him a couple times, he'll run and heal. While he is healing just rip him apart with knife gloves. Rinse repeat. Easy fight. And yes randy is a pushover. I beat him without losing a single health at like lvl 14.
Everyone knows Slappy! He... HE WAS ON TV!
:ohdear:
Walk up to Katey with the massager and zombrex. Wait for her to say "Daddy you know I can't take that yet, its not time". Hilarity ensues.
Didn't somebody take a screenshot of that?
Um, no, sorry. Randy may not be the hardest but he is NOT a pushover.
get a paddle saw.
Um, no, sorry. Randy may not be the hardest but he is NOT a pushover.
Didn't had any problems with him so I guess I'm either really lucky or just depends on what your level is/how prepared you are etc. :v: But yeah after running around a while on my first time facing him, his patterns are actually pretty predictable and easy to exploit.
Finally got my fraps and shit ready. How come fraps only records 1:15 but keeps making videos. I make a 5 minute video and it's cut in 3 segments.
Probably one of the most annoying/hardest psychopaths for me is [sp]Tyrone King or Sullivan. Tyrone because he can be really cheap a lot of times, and not just because you don't have any of your weapons you brought either. Sullivan for keep pushing you from the platform when trying to face him hand-to-hand and just firing at you when you're down. And also the twins I guess, the video game classic speedy annoying duo bosses.[/sp]
The twins are a little annoying. I almost lost to them my first time but I got a lucky hit in and won.
haven't been keeping up with this but I might get it what's the PC version like in terms of controls and performance/optimisation? and am I missing anything by not having played the first?
reposting from page three due to lack of answers
You're not missing anything. PC controls are very sharp. Granted, you can't edit them in-game, but you don't really need to. They work very well. Performance isn't a problem either. It runs very smooth.
reposting from page three due to lack of answers
Controls and optimization are great. Only thing you are really missing is the story behind the queens and who Isabella and Frank are.
And the magicians assistant.
He deserved it, little bastard running around with those fucking swords.
reposting from page three due to lack of answers
Controls are fine, both the mouse & keyboard and using any other gamepad (PS3, 360, 3rd party). If you don't like the default control settings, you can change them externally outside the game. Though the default controls works pretty nicely. Performance/Optimization is pretty nice, easily maxed it out on a mid-end rig.
I heard somewhere you can play strip poker in this. Is it true? :q:
www.livestream.com/ddr2 Offline at the moment, be back on later.
I heard somewhere you can play strip poker in this. Is it true? :q:
Yes. Towards the end, you can play strip poker with 3 survivors out of a predetermined set, depending on if you've rescued them. They can be Jack (knight helmet guy), Kristin (drunk stripper), Woodrow (atm looting guy), Trixie Lynn (the woman who trapped herself with the fire) and someone else I think.
Cora from the pool
That's the one I forgot, thanks.
It'd be cool if this game had more then 2 players in co-op. Imagine 4, or even 8 people running around fucking shit up
It'd be cool if this game had more then 2 players in co-op. Imagine 4, or even 8 people running around fucking shit up
Imagine 32 players. 32 Chuck's, killing millions of zombies. Yeah, that would probably fail
Is there a way to get the keys to the stadium arena? You can "examine" the doors to it but they're locked.
