The new pets are a alpaca, stag, headcrab (yes a fucking headcrab), and a panda. [t]http://u.cubeupload.com/TheJoker/M7xb5Y.png[/t] Alpaca [t]http://u.cubeupload.com/TheJoker/sbzxPg.png[/t] Stag [t]http://u.cubeupload.com/TheJoker/WhyflO.png[/t] Headcrab [t]http://u.cubeupload.com/TheJoker/UNxbUv.png[/t] Panda Edit... Game is 50% off until the 8th
The headcrab should totally have a mini backpack. :colbert:
The headcrab should totally have a mini backpack. :colbert:
I guess the items are just stored in its head hole
I like the new launcher and workshop support, but I had several mods installed that got written over in the patch. That's pretty lame.
I never got to finish this game. Seems like so much shit has been added since then, I should pick it back up with some friends.
I never got past Act 2 due to the fact that me and my one friend had to re-roll the world every time a Synergies update came out not to mention all the crashes that I had which set us back every time.

I never had to reroll my world with my necromancer.
You have to re-roll the world for the changes to take effect for Synergies.
New Synergies was just released.
You have to re-roll the world for the changes to take effect for Synergies.
Eh, not realy. Class spells change acordingly to the new releases, and new drops show up. The mobs in the current level you are in remains "outdated" though, but only that floor, and their loot is still updated.
Has the new dungeon been released too?
Has the new dungeon been released too?
Yes. The Nether realm, a portal appears on act two and three (and in one if you are playing NG+) that let you enter it. For newgame+ there is new misions and dungeons for those missions. And I belive there is also new mapworks maps and dungeons. Just wondering, is there a mod that adds daggers and a rogue class to the game?
[t]http://u.cubeupload.com/TheJoker/J7v0rE.png[/t] I love mods.
Is there any reason at all to finish the game before I try out Synergies?
Is there any reason at all to finish the game before I try out Synergies?
I suggest you to continue playing without mods. In any case, mods and the base game have different save folders, so yeah. [editline]4th April 2013[/editline]
Just wondering, is there a mod that adds daggers and a rogue class to the game?
Someone will eventually make something. Also, I checked and seems like they keept all abilities, and probably the monsters from Torchlight 1, someone will probably make a mod to recreate the classes.

Did this patch broke the editor for everyone, or is it just me? Every time I try to open it, it instantly crashes.
Verify your cache.
*Steam users may need to re-validate their installation of GUTS after updating Torchlight II. (From the Steam client, go to Library -> Tools -> Right-click Torchlight II GUTS -> Properties -> Local Files tab -> Verify Integrity of Tool Cache)
Getting at 332mb patch.
Verify your cache.
Yeah I did that a moment after I posted that. You also have to Re-unpack the game's data. It'd be nice if it only had to do it for the new/different files. To make it worse I had a blackout when it was already at 50%..
can someone please explain to me why me and my brother can't play together we've both tried creating the game, doing friends only, literally trying everything, but we can't find eachtoher's games
I've no experience with the Torchlight games so excuse my ignorance here But do you have to start a new character for this Synergies mod? Or is it something I can just add in any time? I'm only just now about to try the demo, but I thought I'd get this question out of the way.

Cause your old stuff will be essentially useless

I've seen somewhere that to join other people you must have the same exact mod as the person you are joining, no matter how small the mod is like a HUD enhancement or something. Or have you added him on the Torchlight 2 friend list (not just Steam's)?
Past day or so I've had like probably hundreds of updates to the mods I subscribed to. It's getting really fucking annoying.
I find snap and size of the grid in GUTS annoying, you can only change snap settings by editing model property in model selection window, grid size should be adjustable and snap should work the way you set global setting instead of doing this on each single model.
One thing I dislike about the games is the completely random assignment of enchantments to magic stuff, it makes comparing things pretty much impossible.
