Luigi, Zelda, and Diddy are the Wave 2 commons. Falcon and Pit are uncommon, and Little Mac is Marth/Villager/WFT tier.

It looks better and more menacing for some reason...
Closer inspection reveals a few things:
- His texturing is more pronounced, and the scales are slightly larger
- His head is turned slightly downward
- His shell is very shiny, versus the standard coat on the original
- His eye has been painted in a slightly different position (center, rather than 3/5 left) so he's still looking at the viewer when the figure is pointed forward
- The ridges on his belly seem to be made more distinct with a shading color in the valleys

Those are the 2 I really want to get when I have the spare cash, but I don't know what is the current state of amiibos in Europe.

Falcon is out and honestly he's rare. He's going the rate of Villager/Marth/WFT (as is Mac and Pit)
If you want him jump on him now or import. Ness hasn't been announced yet but Mother fans (myself included) are going to swarm him like goddamn locusts. He's going to be a "if you don't have the money the INSTANT he shows up tough luck".
Starman.net is going to swallow the poor lad whole.
Yeah I don't want to brag but I have the feeling Ness will be the toughest to get of all of them.

Just went to a shopping centre in Melbourne, looked in 5 likely stores and could not find one single Amiibo. Crazy the amount of interest they're getting!
In hong Kong at the moment and went to a specific mall on another fper's reccomendation. Marth amiibos common as hell there

Wow, manage to get my hands on a Pit and Captain Falcon (got 2 of the Capt. just in case) with a Luigi Amiibo!
Awhile back my hand was forced and I payed like $35 bucks for the Little Mac Amiibo. Luckily I have Mega Man, Toon Link, and King Dedede preordered for normal price.

I really want a Villager or Cpt. Falcon amiibo but I don't want to support scalpers and the shipping to USA from some of these places is ridiculous. Unless Nintendo makes more and does a one per customer thing I'm never getting either. Shit sucks.

Well rules like that depend on retailers unless Nintendo can implement a blanket rule. Which certain retailers will probably break anyway
