They probably want to make it easier for themselves, the last time they released 12 amiibos together was back in wave 1.

I think I'd be more forgiving if it wasn't for the whole "I'm messing with actually autistic people for fun" part. That and he dragged it out over 5 years for the only reason of being a jackass.
If it was just like a week long or hell maybe even a month stint I'd be like "yeah haha you got me" but now he's just kind of a ass who's bored.
Fellow UK people, pre-orders for wave 4 have popped up on GAME's website. Might not be a bad idea to get an order down for a Ness. I can't see him not being the Little Mac of this wave.
I really hate the Amiibo market right now. It is going to be nearly impossible to pre-order the new sets of Amiibos being released. AmiAmi already has sold out of the SMB Series Amiibo pre-orders.

Amiibos are a great way to fill the void in your heart and at the same time, turn your bank account into a void.
I saw a slightly more healthier selection of amiibos at GAME. just Diddy, Donkey Kong, Fox, Pikachu, Samus and Yoshi. Even preordered Toon Link and Sheik whilst buying DK/Diddy/Pikachu, unsurprisingly they hit their cap on Rosalina pre-orders unless it's just on a store's basis. did get Samus/Peach (<3) last week.
Still no Zeldas. think Nintendo spread a disease known as Amiibola, symtoms includes: Heavy Breathing, detached sense of common sense and hemorrhaging of Wallets.*

I'm even waiting for Daisy amiibo. She feels so left out.
And people wil buy the Super Mario Wario amiibo because of the classic look he will have. Same goes for Waluigi and others that don't have merchandise at all or not enough.
I wonder if they will ever make a 8-BIT series amiibos. Flat amiibos on a stand with their classic look.

one on the right is Origin forme Giratina from preordering Platinum. left is Primal Groudon from OR. they seemed pretty figurish, no reason not to exclude them.

I got to thinking about this, but in the Mario Party 10 trailer they showcased a new DK and Rosalina amiibo. I suspect all the characters in Mario Party will be getting one, including overalls Wario.
Newegg has already begun putting the Wave 4 and the SMB Amiibos on their website. All the pages are currently in "Coming Soon" mode so keep those pages open and keep on refreshing.

reminds me, I fiddled around with making a little hand-cut template for pikachu's goggles, maybe I'll get around to putting the final shape into illustrator and sharing the printable. With the curvature of the strap around the back of the head, it sits and holds perfectly at the normal forehead position, but can also easily be rocked forward and sit over his eyes, without bending out of shape or fighting with the ears
