The way Walmart handles reservations is atrocious. If the number of units ordered exceeds the maximum number of units they're going to receive, they start cancelling smaller reservations (1 or 2) to ensure bigger ones (100+) can be met, which means, you guessed it, it's a system that drastically favors scalpers.
I bet its only for America. Every other country can just walk into any store and buy it.
