Should I worry about getting Ness tomorrow? How smooth was Shulk?

Cool, I might get one or two since I canceled my order with Newegg. I got burned bad in that deal. Ordered an Ike on the 21st of December as a Christmas gift for my sister and two month after the promised date (February Somethingth) I'm still empty handed; some horseshit about not being able to meet demand. Don't make pre-orders if you can't follow through. So, fuck you Newegg, you cost my sister a Merry Christmas from me. /rant

Jigglypuff is Target exclusive. Supposedly Greninja is TRU exclusive. Amiibo News has stated there were placeholders for Amazon preorders for all the characters minus Ness, Greninja and Jigglypuff. So I'm guessing those are the only three exclusives.

So we got Amiibo cards for Animal Crossing but what about the discontinued/impossible to find Smash amiibos?

So the unannounced Smash Bros. amiibo are Duck Hunt Duo, Falco, Mr. Game & Watch, R.O.B, Mewtwo, and Lucas, with possible Mii fighters. Don't think I've missed anyone, right?

The line has pushed out 5 customers. Lucina and Robin have sold out. Howwwwwwwwww

Got my order of all the gamestop amiibos and the splatoon ones.

Looks like i'm going to have to say good bye to Ness. Hopefully i can get Pac-man.

Nintendo's logic was, as with Shulk, "This character has niche appeal, so a reduced production in limited venue makes the most sense." Unfortunately, they once again grossly underestimated the size of a fanbase, though this time about tenfold worse. Thanks to the Mother fandom at large, and the scalpers who will surely prey upon his popularity with ludicrous asking prices, Ness will be the single most difficult amiibo to get.

Well Gamestop was a hell of a ride. I'm lucky though, for about a minute the connection went lightning fast and I got my order in before Robin, Lucina, Ness, or the Splatoon bundle were sold out. Really feel bad for the employees though, my local gamestop's employees collect Amiibos too and they probably got screwed over because corporate gamestop has a shitty IT department.
