Welp. dropped 650$ yesterday for a full set of amiibo.

Found out just the other day my dad secretly ordered me a Ness Amiibo from a man in Japan he knows after he heard I was unsuccessful with Gamestop. Pretty excited!

So do you guys feed your amiibos or not? I fed my toon link amiibo to the point that noone in my smash group at school can kill it
I gave my Donkey a part that boosts Meteor smashes. I'm on the fence of regretting it still.
Yeah my amiibo has +28 speed, +30 defense, and +32 attack. He also has improved air attack, improved launch, and reduced air lag
I gave my bowser as much damage up as I possibly could, on the downside his defense is absolute trash but he hits like a ton of bricks in a sack made of lead.
Can one of you guys invent the time machine so I can get me a Ganondorf amiibo k thx
I never fed my Captain Falcon because i didn't want him to have a bunch of bullshit perks when everyone else had to fight without equipment
he still owns everything. i once created a 99-stock no-items game with him on the Blue Team, and level 9 Bowser, Donkey Kong, & King Dedede on the Red Team. he lost, obviously, but he took out 45(±2) of each ones' stocks first

Nando comes out 3 months earlier everywhere else but America, so that can be your time machine I guess.
Just FYI (in my experience) it's better to feed your amiibos stuff that will make up for the character's shortcomings rather than push a high speed, strength, or defense over the top.
Fox is already fast, so you might want to feed him a balance of attack and defense.
Bowser has high attack and defense, but is slow as hell. Boost his speed.
Captain Falcon is pretty balanced, so maybe a balanced diet. Though he is already fast, so perhaps lean towards attack and defense.
And so on.
There's preorders up on Walmart. Most of them went down but if you want Pac Man, Charizard and the Splatoon ones are still up and work.

Wow, it took less than a day to clear out the entire stock in the USA.

You missed the bus, preorders sold out everywhere in about 10 minutes.
I'm not sure if anywhere else is going to be taking preorders but I'd suggest checking out the reddit threads if possible or considering importing.

The paint splatters on the Splatoon ones really makes me wish they were more creative with the Smash bros series instead of having them put a stick up their butts.
My Ness amiibo just shipped from GAME. That's unexpected!
Well I went to like 5 differents shops around my city since a store manager told me that it was the delivery day. Each of them got only 1 figure for each characters, and all got sold on monday.
Seriously, if even bigger stores only get one of them, how are we supposed to BUY them? Why is there so little stock?
And ebay is already filled up with auctions for the new wave. This is just disgusting.
