In a mild sense of panic, I went to the only TRU in my area and found the last of the Splatoon's amiibo. Truly quite a thing seeing that many Pac Man amiibos in one place.
8 Lucina they had, and of course they were the first to go.
They had like 40 fucking greninja, but I dont really care for him.
Anyone wanna trade a greninja for charizard or pacman?

I've only got Mac, Dedede, and now Silver Mario (which was an impulse buy with Splatoon, since my Gamestop had a ton of 'em behind the counter). I figure this is a good place to ask; should I open my Mario? Because I could use a Mario Amiibo for Smash and these seemed pretty common when I got mine at the store, but it also feels like the kinda thing that's gonna skyrocket in value once they sell out (and that's money I could spend on yet more Amiibos).
I managed to snag a Lucina today. Couldn't find any Robins or Warios though
Damn there's only one toys r us nearby and they were out and I can't find any traders who want one of my extra pacman/charizard amiibos
Snagged a Charizard from Amazon, now I just gotta hope I can get a Robin. Thank god for Check4Change, don't have to constantly refresh the page, it tells me when it's updated.

Good tip. Robin is pretty much the only one I really want.
Everywhere in town seems to have gotten a ton of Pac-Man and Platinum Mario, but only enough of of the others to fill their pre-orders.
I can't be disappointed though, it is my fault for waiting until 4pm to take a look. :v:

Got her! Can't believe my luck, some people didn't even see her go up. Apparently she sold out in 30 seconds, holy crap.
I had two browsers running Page Monitor and Check4Change, never even saw her go up, even with manually F5ing both browsers.
I can't comprehend how she sold out so fast. Unless Amazon had a crazy low number of them.
Not sure if this was how I got it to appear, but I was switching between "All" and "New from (price)" in the "Offer Listing" section instead of reloading the page. Knowing other peoples luck it could've been a fluke though.
Edit: Also switching between "Sorted by: Price+Shipping" and "Price+Shipping+Tax" is making Wario appear for me now. If I switch back, it goes back to not being there sometimes. I have no idea what's going on with amazons sorting method thats making it hidden for people.

My friend who I hunt with got a Splatoon 3 pack on impulse buy, and he also got a Greninja at our TRU for his cousin who got him a Rosalina. Overall a nice day, I was hoping to get Jigglypuff or a Meta Knight but no luck, still made out with an Ike though!
Went to TRU looking for Greninja for a friend, came up empty handed. They still had plenty of Inkling Boy/Girl, was very tempted to get the girl but I passed up on it.
My TRU had 188 Greninja, I shit you not. It's the one in Newark, Delaware. :v:

Not sure, all I remember was the employee running the show announced to us all that they had 188 Greninjas to sell. Sure enough, I walked in and was immediately greeted by a tower of Amiibo.

Glad to hear a lot of people are getting most(if not all) of what they want! I wasn't able to try for anything, I've been out of town for a funeral, so I guess I missed my chance for Lucina and Robin.
I was hoping they'd be better with the whole stock thing by now, considering this is far from the first wave..
I mange to get Robin, waiting for the splatoon pack now.

Same at my place, although most were gone by the time I got there. I was only barely able to get one of the last 3
Just got back from Best Buy; apparently they got a shipment of 11 Meta Knights about two hours ago and I managed to snag the last one. Unfortunately, he's a bit war-torn with his mask and wingtips, but I can live with it.
