Got the retro 3-pack today and Ganondorf. So currently I have all of Wave 5 that was reasonable to get. (Modern 8-bit Mario) They did a good job with supply this wave.

Looking at R.O.B. and going back to the first few runs have shown the quality of the figures have come a long way. Hopefully they will continue to get better into the future.

Unfortunately it's very hard to find one that isn't yellow from decades of cigarette smoke and age, or broken altogether.
I happened to get very, very lucky. That one only needed minimal cleaning, didn't have internal corrosion (from the previous owner forgetting to remove the batteries; a very common problem with secondhand ROBs), and even had all the parts needed to play Gyromite accounted for. Hell, the gyros still had their warning labels on them. I don't think it was ever used.

I have a majority of existing amiibos and I've never spent more than 20 dollars on a single one. You just have to be patient and strike when times are right.
Man ROB is easily the best looking of the retro 3 pack. game and Watches poses would be cool if half them didnt make g&w himself tiny.
Yeah ROB's is insanely detailed. G&W is about as good as I think anyone could've hoped as well.
That's not to say the one I got the bundle for isn't up to snuff.

Just recently called a nearby Gamestop and they said they had one Retro 3 pack left--wanted to get it 'cause a friend of mine loves Mr Game and Watch and can't afford it at the moment. I rush over there as fast as possible and walked in as they were selling it. I really hope they restock it soon
DHD looks off IMO. The duck seems like it was turned a bit away from the Dog and as a result instead of looking at each other they're just staring off in two different directions. Like try matching the picture from the figure on the back of the box to your Amiibo and you'll notice they don't line up.
Thankfully he's the one that was just sort of there. I needed ROB and G&W since they're the mains of me and my friend, respectively.
I can't afford for Amiibos like that coming out.
