If you are lucky enough to live near a Toys R Us. You should be able to grab one. Not everyone does customs.

I went to best buy and saw that they had Marth, Dark Pit, Little Mac, fox, and captain falcon. I didn't buy any though because none are in my radar. Maybe little mac but he is way too small in person for me to be interested. Gamestop also had the 3 pack in store so I am probably going back for that.
I've run out of room. And only half way to go.

I think the same thing when I look at my own collection. While purchasing them, I think "You know, these are only about $13, I'm not spending all that much money!" but in reality, it's all stacking up.
To be fair, though, I have bought quite a few amiibos at discounted price, like all of my common ones. Most of them, I buy out of box for real cheap.
I got the Mario amiibo for $2 off of ebay.

I'm kinda scared I won't be able to get a blue yarn Yoshi. Seems like every preorder sells out as soon as it pops up.
Chibi Robo Amiibo was really easy to get, walked into a Gamestop with 20 copies of the game, only a few for preorderers.
So, bought it, kept the Amiibo, gave the game to a sibling.
Toys R Us confirmed that The Mii Fighters, Restock of Villager, and Mega Yarn Yoshi are exclusive to them. TRU is just throwing all their money at Nintendo for exclusives. I bet if they were able to all amiibos would be exclusive to them.
My unlucky friend keeps begging me to buy him the exclusives because he doesn't live anywhere near a TRU. It makes me feel bad that I can't afford to do it.
They're shelling out so much for exclusives because they (and toy stores in general) aren't doing so great right now, what with most kids preferring to play with their mom or dad's iPad instead.
Anything to draw more attention to them, anything at all, they're willing to risk it.

I told myself if there was any series I'd get the entire collection of it'd be the Kirby series.

Why is it with the entire Kirby series and just not getting restocks.
King Dedede got restocked at Gamestop, but it definitely wasn't a lot.
When I went in to check on the Ness and DDD restocks, there was 5 Ness's and 1 King. I was extremely lucky.
I went to best Buy for wave 4 because I heard that they were restocking MK in return for not having an exclusive.
It was a lie. No Best Buy in the region had MK restocks. Thankfully since everyone went to Target and TRU the line was empty and I had a very successful take from that day.
I'm surprised Kirby isn't more common, since he's one of Nintendo's most iconic characters.

I don't know what it is with everyone complaining about Amiibo shortages, but my local store almost always has them in stock, all of them
The shortages are exclusive to the US and very specific parts of europe.
Australia is a case of the polar opposite, where they vastly overestimated the size of their audience in that region and wound up overstocking.

I can personally speak to the shortages. I live out in the middle of nowhere, with the closest stores that stock them being a Wal-Mart ~30minutes away, and a Gamestop ~45minutes away.
The Wal-Mart Got the first wave of figures, and since then it's stocked Toon Link and Pac-Man. End of Statement.
The Gamestop at least at some point had shelf space for Megaman and some of the Mario Party figurines, but it's since been stripped of everything outside of Mario/Link/Zelda/Pikachu/Luigi, etc

The only Robin I've ever seen in person was the one sent to my local gamestop the day he launched. The first guy bought him and all the other single stocked amiibos (I was second in line :c)
Never saw one since.
