Yeah it's not possible to win a war with him though. I tried bombing him earlier to knock down 5% of his GDP and growth. He did the same to me but all it did was waste a turn for the both of us.
Can't see any way to win a war since you can just reinforce back above 5k and the small price to pay for a green card rush is nothing to the both of us.
I hope they update war soon, it's pointless right now
I'm not sure if it does, but I think it should decrease growth as well.

IIRC, Growth is cut down to 0. If so, thats what will really cripple him.

According to the message I received with my last "successful" bombing the damage is pretty significant. Didn't do shit though, didn't even cost me anything except my military turn.
When it works I suspect airforce is going to be atleast as important, if not more so as it was in BLOC.

Sounds pretty harsh since bombing(when it's properly implemented) already does 5% damage to GDP AND growth. That's already enough to knock you out of the game.

yo just saying I see the potential of this game and it can go places, but at the moment and foreseeable future I don't really see why this would be played more than the other 50 geo games out there. I mean once you've played one you've played them all practically. Nation States, eRpublik, Cyber Nations, etc, this just looks like it's going to fall into one of those.
potential though. just needs some original ideas and direction, also snazzy UI.

Fucking USSR keeps sending their lackey Scatlovia after me. He attacks me twice and declares peace after losing both times.
USSR are a joke, don't even bother with them. They'll start a war with you thinking they're tough shit and once you gain the upperhand they backpedal as fast as they can. Probably shouldn't have left their leader off the hook when he attacked me, but dammit I needed that growth!
