Actually, I don't even think I need help with Dogelund. He's got 1/4th of my growth, and almost half my GDP. I've got 2mbbl per turn of oil production to keep bombing him.
The only thing he's got on me right now is troop numbers, but I have both higher skill and better weapons.

No joke, in every mmo-type game I've played with FP, we always seem to end up at war with russians.
they're not russians, they're idiots that keep getting their asses kicked whenever they start a war with one of our members then appeal for peace, then repeat the last two steps over and over.
Guys, I could use some troops. The "United States" is attacking me, and I'm not doing to well.
I'm at 10,500 troops versus his 33,203. Other than that, we're both fairly equal. The wars been going on for around 4-5 days now, and I've been able to hold off, but I don't know if I will be able to for much longer.

I tried attacking, he's now at 31,543 troops, and I'm at 5,250. Desperately need help.
There's nothing we can do since you can't give resources or anything to allies.
You look like you're fine though. Just keep your troops above 5k(not too high) by using Green Card Rush under domestic polices, keep your training at elite and spam growth.
If you hover just over 5k he'll lose more troops than you even if he wins a battle.
