The Terran Federation has taken in Free Lyberta as its newest nationstate. I am aware that Free Lyberta is not on good terms with FPA. One of the conditions for him joining was that he has to drop all aggression towards FPA and its member states, along with having council with myself before he chooses to engage in war. Oy FP Alliance folk, if you have over 20,000 troops I'd greatly appreciate if you'd donate 10,000 into the troop bank. I ain't forcing you, but it'd be a nice gesture.

Any tips to get my manpower up fast? I depleted most of mine during a war where I had to throw everything into the meatgrinder.

If you have around 5000 troops, Green Card rushing can be effective.
