Oh man I almost have a bongo before the game even starts just one more tile: [t]http://i.imgur.com/834qXW6.png[/t]
[t]http://e3.novaember.com/cards/tectoimprov.png[/t] I could see the left column happening.
So is the "technical difficulties please stand by" box for if they announce any fallout stuff, or is it for actual technical difficulties?

Who thought this was a good idea?
So is the "technical difficulties please stand by" box for if they announce any fallout stuff, or is it for actual technical difficulties?
If something fucks up during a presentation that box can be checked.
If something fucks up during a presentation that box can be checked.
I gotcha. I've seen that slide in relation to fallout so many times I forgot it was an actual thing.
collector's edition of watch dogs 2 includes a fucking robot [editline]8th June 2016[/editline] it looks like a trash can on wheels
god damit
all they need now is for someone to yell about building a wall and mention what jet fuel can't melt and Watch Dogs 2 will be off the charts in memes.
IIRC last year there was a general rule of "It doesn't count for your card until it actually happens at E3" To prevent the predictive "well, we already know this is gonna happen, and it's the last thing I need for my win, so I should win now!"
I'm only crossing things that are known for certain. I didn't cross the exclusive to pc thing yet because it was a rumor. My liver will not survive this E3
[t]http://i.imgur.com/aX3kFrt.png[/t] Looking better. My best chance for Bongo is for that Frozen world to happen.
Oh man I almost have a bongo before the game even starts just one more tile: [t]http://i.imgur.com/834qXW6.png[/t]
I thought I'd make a drinking game of this for our E3 get together, but then realised that taking a shot every box would be 24 shots max and uhh... I'd rather we all survive E3.

[editline]9th June 2016[/editline]
Just gotta find the right drink and 24 will feel like nothing.
Hmm, in which case it's a coin toss between absinthe and vodka :v:
See, I'm responsible and don't waste my time with alcoholism like you people. Huffing Draino fits my budget and schedule perfectly.
FYI you guys can go ahead and start marking off your bongo cards, but you can't "win" until E3 actually starts. P.S. if Dead Rising 4 is real, go ahead and check off the "zombies" on the checklist. And since Dishonored 2 is "photorealistic" now you can go ahead and check that one.
And since Dishonored 2 is "photorealistic" now you can go ahead and check that one.
Dishonored 2 doesn't look photo-realistic at all, it also didn't lose its artstyle, so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

I think it still maintains it's artistic style. Still has Victor Antonov. Where does it say it's photorealistic now? [editline]8th June 2016[/editline] http://www.dsogaming.com/screenshot-news/new-dishonored-2-screenshots-released/ Yeah the faces look more detailed, but the exaggerations are still present, so in my idea, it's still true to the art style, just changed for modern consoles probably.
The textures are very clearly realistic now, where they were heavily stylized in the first game. Just in general it's obvious they're going for a more realistic look. Meaning it lost the art style.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/XQ5s4Bl.jpg[/t] Did I miss any?
[t]http://i.imgur.com/XQ5s4Bl.jpg[/t] Did I miss any?
Titanfall 2 and maybe Aisha said something (insanely) stupid. Because we know Ubisoft will bring Aisha again.
The textures are very clearly realistic now, where they were heavily stylized in the first game. Just in general it's obvious they're going for a more realistic look. Meaning it lost the art style.
Higher resolution textures don't take away from the artstyle at all, you only have to look at the screenshots to see that. Micro details in fabric and skin would most likely have been included in the first game, had console hardware at the time been up to the task and they don't take away from the overall style now that they've been included. An artstyle is more than just "the textures were blurry and now they're not, they lost the artstyle" I'd say the design/proportions of the characters, the environment and the tone of the world are all much more integral to Dishonored's "artstyle" than how high-detail the textures are. It's very recognizable as Dishonored still. For comparison: [img_thumb]http://www.geforce.com/sites/default/files-world/screenshots/dishonored/screenshot-29.jpg[/img_thumb][img_thumb]http://071bc3d04e2671665c74-5a267f839fbe60d0845a37698418bb02.r26.cf5.rackcdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Dishonored-2-1.jpg[/img_thumb]
. Micro details in fabric and skin would most likely have been included in the first game, had console hardware at the time been up to the task and they don't take away from the overall style now that they've been included. [img_thumb]http://www.geforce.com/sites/default/files-world/screenshots/dishonored/screenshot-29.jpg[/img_thumb]
I agree, I mean look at the guy on the right's clothes. It has a small amount of a fabric-like texture to it, and that was the first game. Hell it has detail down to the literal seams! And the fact that ColossalSoft thinks that the art style was just the painting like look to Dishonored 1 then he's doing a disservice to the original game's whole art style.
Of course the hacktivist/hipster game takes place in San Francisco lmao
The textures are very clearly realistic now, where they were heavily stylized in the first game. Just in general it's obvious they're going for a more realistic look. Meaning it lost the art style.
It would be, except the facial models are still exaggerated, still being a form of stylism, and thus, the artstyle is still in proper form. Just with less painting, and more pores, probably to compliment the Mediterranean atmosphere we're going to get. I heard the 3DS Sonic boom game was ok (not rise of Lyric), so it might not be terrible at least? [editline]9th June 2016[/editline] But this is sonic we're talking about here so who knows

I'm going to go ahead and drop this here. Get the popcorn machine boys! Holy shit, using footage from the show, and having a shitty pre-order with a fucking dvd of what, the cartoon? A special episode or something.
Does anyone have any good pessimistic E3 Bingo? I don't like most of the bingo cards where its like "<insert game here that I give 0 fucks about> is announced!!!!"
