I don't think I buy it. Using the older "brand" of the [I]XI/ID[/I] uniforms doesn't make sense given [I]Beyond[/I] and [I]Trek 2017[/I] are coming out so soon with new styles. (even with the older uniforms being explained away as the game taking place just after [I]XI[/I].) The ship also seems very "fan-designed."
It'd be okay if I'm wrong though, the whole thing would just be a little weird.
