how did everyone's placements go? i landed in the lowest rank i have ever achieved, silver v, down from gold v at the end of last season. what ranks did you all get?

tbh it's really bizarre too because AD Shaco is pretty shit right now, AP was only fine because it had ratios but now there's not even that

I love good shaco players, I don't know what Riot has been smoking but it's absurd.

As a Shaco main Riot has been tilting me so hard the last couple patches. The rework was rough and it took a lot of miserable games to get used to, then just when I start to get the hang of it and the changes even start to grow on me, they come back and realize "oh, when we reworked Shaco we accidentally left him with 1 build that was viable, better take care of that oversight!" meanwhile several problem champs that are actually being played by anyone other than people who have 100+ games on them, that are banned constantly, and some of which have been widespread problem champs for [i]far[/i] longer than the assassin rework are barely being touched at all because Riot "wants to let things settle and see how they play out first" like they always do with those champs. Just evidently not with Shaco. Like I know it's PBE and hopefully the nerfs will at least be lighter when they go live, but it's still really upsetting.

I honestly don't know what riot is looking at to indicate what needs balancing, because I never see a game without rengar, talon, and/or yasuo banned. I can give them a pass on rengar and talon because they just got reworked, and they need time for them to stabilize into the new season or whatever; but yasuo has been a menace for the longest time, but they seem to just now be looking at toning him down. What took them this long to figure out that he might be an issue? Why don't they look closer at balancing champs who are banned 24/7?

I'd ban Yasuo every game honestly, he's just annoying to play against if he's good, his entire kit is basically a joke. Same with Poppy, off with her head. I was looking through my game history overall, every blind pick I've played for the past week or two always had Yasuo in it and I mean 80 to 90% of the games to be exact, can't ban him there but at the same time you won't get to play versus so many good Yasuo players as in ranked.

To be honest I think they should just nerf his ability to build as a bruiser. I really didn't mind Yasuo at all when he built straight glass cannon, but the minute he started picking up frozen mallet he became a huge pain in the ass.

Finally decided to get back into League after about two years. Forgot how much I loved Veigar.

Been doing pretty well in my placements, so far theres been little flaming and lots of good teamplay. Hope the last 4 games have the same kind of teams (inb4 4 losses in a row)
