I've hardly played the champion, I just played her today in a draft normal for the first time in months and still kicked Jax's shit in from level 3.[/QUOTE] Poppy is the queen of Bronze, because in Bronze winning the lane with Poppy is incredibly easy, Poppy that simply farms her lane and pokes the opponent with Passive and Q auto wins the lane in Bronze, plus it's really hard to fuck up CSing with her, with that Bami's Cinder and then finished Sunfire Cape you can push wave to the enemy tower and deny CS fairly easily, at level 6, she's really hard to gank. When you start roaming, make sure your team is behind to assist you in everything you do. What makes Poppy so good in Bronze and even Silver is that, she can serve kills on a platter, easy as hell because you pin players to the walls and if they have any sort of dashes you block their engage or escape, nobody knows how to position in that elo well, plus you are always super fed from all that farm you get, it's easy to dive and ult out the frontline leaving the backline exposed. Poppy in high elo is simply broken because of how unkillable she is, the damage she gets, the fact that CC is way more effective in higher elo, killing someone in high elo and you can severely punish the enemy team unlike in lower brackets where you can kill someone but nobody seems to capitalize on it, unless you force a specific play, and of course in lower elo fights don't end when one of your teammates is down.

He's not played right now because other stuff is just better, and he splitpushing is kinda mediocre. He's still a huge lane bully against melees, especially melees without a decent gap closer, he still has huge teamfight presence early-mid, and he still snowballs pretty hard. It's late game he has issues. His ratios are trash and Slicing Maelstrom is just flat out not consistent enough. It gets harder and harder to get decent flanks as the game goes on. That being said, in bronze he'd probably still be a nightmare because honestly nobody even knows what vision is in bronze. There are a LOT of champions like that that flat out thrive in shit map awareness environments, and heavy flankers like Kennen are #1 in that regard. However, you shouldn't focus on playing to climb. Find champions whose kit you enjoy and that clicks with you, and just play them. Find 2-3 in your primary role, 2 in your secondary, and at least 1 support that isn't usually pick/ban - I suggest learning Janna, she's really only countered by Blitz and even then she's a pure utility champion. Play just those. Focus on learning, not on climbing. MMR and LP come with skill, skill comes with learning, learning comes with focus.

Go into ranked match, hit champion select, someone fucks off. After 3 times of this happening, I get autofilled as support. Yet again, I keep wondering why Riot thought that 24/7 autofill, as opposed to just when there's a low amount of players, was a good idea. But hey, I did manage to climb a division today. So that's something.

riot: yorick is bad game design because all of his damage is on minions that either lock you in place and kill you or are easily kited so we're giving him a VGU also riot: malzahar having a tone of point and click damage over time and a suppress is really bad so we're going to put all of his damage on minions that either lock you in place and kill you or are easily kited (but keeping the suppression despite that being literally the entire source of what makes him frustrating to play against) oh and and also give him a banshees veil on steroids that has so much intrinsic value that we'll have to gradually nerf him in to the ground over time yes i'm still salty about the malzahar rework after all these months. like holy shit, as a guy that loved malz i just hate him now.

So... How does one counter a full-tank team? Just went up against a team of Riven, Olaf, Swain, and Kha, all built tank, and they had an ez adc. I legit don't know what to do, we had full tank shred items, but they outdamaged us without even building damage. What's the counterplay to this?

i think ziggs is currently one of the most powerful mid laners. with a team built around group fights he contributes so much disruption to enemies and damage in fights, and his pushing power with his tower execute is insane. when a turret gets low but team mates have to back off, you can just kill it from the jungle without being seen.

Even though you get shit players on your team, try to do your best and learn from it. Sometimes I watch a replay of mine from the game and I can see how for example missing a few minions fucks me in the long run, because things happen and you might not get that farm later on. I played versus Ezreal mid some time ago, he kept farming even with me, although I was getting more gold anyway due to Bandit and having Cull, he screwed up once and I built up 600g lead in a blink of an eye, then I pushed his lane extremely hard and took both Raptor camps and denied him even more farm, then I got a double kill. I gained over 1000g lead really quickly, from that point on he wouldn't recover.

Well it wasn't your fault, you clearly told them the reasons plus your smite was down, so it's their fuck up, I'd have let them go 4 man the baron and I'd split push bot lane alone if I was playing Jax, with items you have you are fully capable of 1v1ing anyone on the enemy team using your ult, even if you'd die when they 4-5 man you, you can at least force some flashes and their ults, so if they'd try to contest Baron afterwards then your team has a higher chance of succeeding. I looked you up on op.gg and I can give you another advice. Stick to one or two roles/lanes, and play 1-2 champions tops 3 champions, you play way too many different champions, pick one and stick with it, Jax is fine even, just spam him Jungle or Top play 100 games and see where it takes you.

Anyone know how to fix the language filter? I've got it disabled but it's still working. Can't find config files to change it either.
