It's a build for winning lane and using that power to snowball (hence why Draven uses it so well) and it works right now because all that matters bot lane is winning lane (mage supports) so with many bfs the adc can be relevant in bot lane

Top feeds horribly, they basically steamroll us a bunch, partially on account of a ridiculously fed Garen (how the fuck can he do so much damage with only Black Cleaver as a damage weapon?) and a Yasuo who didn't finish his build until somewhere around 45-50 minutes. Their Fizz is gone, as is their Xin so they spend every opportunity they can trash talking, spamming '3v5' in the chat. We suddenly get a drakesteal, Nashor and then proceed to win a teamfight and push the Nexus. The salt was obscene.

Just a reminder to you folks thinking about maining GP: Don't start mana crystal in any lane that's going to have kill threat on you, even if it's only with jungler, before your first ~900 gold - where you ideally want to back immediately for Sheen and pots. For example, if you're mid with GP into Talon with ignite you want either corrupting (which is aggressive and greedy) or Doran's Ring (which is much safer and lets you sustain better). Because here's what's going to happen in that lane: You're going to lose the level 2 race, Talon is going to poke you hard level 1, then instantly all-in you level 2 and most likely get a kill. And then when you come back into lane, he's going to have a Serrated Dirk and probably kill you again. At that point you will never beat him 1v1 unless he eats 3+ tower shots or D/Cs. And with his lane now thoroughly won, he's going to do what Talon is best at and roam for free kills in other lanes with his 800+ gold advantage. Instead, you start D-ring and avoid getting poked level 1 so his all-in at level 2 can't instakill you. Then you farm under tower and ping MIA the second he disappears into fog after level 3. Because guess what, the champion designed to win 1v1s and snowball hard will run over the game if you don't play smart and give up stupid kills. But I'm smart enough to see a greedy as fuck start when I see one, and that guy went hyper greed mode.

why do people take gamemodes like aram and ascension so seriously i picked vayne last game because i thought she'd be fun. unfortunately the enemy team had rammus, hecarim, and illaoi, so i was getting dicked the entire game while my entire time berated me for being trash who should kill themselves

Was having some issues so I uninstalled LoL, did a re-install and now I can't upgrade to the beta client. It hangs forever and when I try to launch, it says 'reinstall alpha client'. Eh, guess I can wait for the full release.

yeah new client is fucked, it broke my installation twice before it worked. [editline]23rd January 2017[/editline] however the old client crashes in champ select so its worth the pain of upgrading.

After getting into the new client I no longer can get over 40 fps, dropping to 10 fps in fights AND buying items, and even the champ selection lags. I used to have >170 fps Well, no more LoL for me. Anyone else?

Just use the legacy client.

TIL you can't block people in the new client. I had a guy start throwing because I missed 1 ult on him, then flame me for the rest of the game and post-game, then start trying to add me to flame me more. I spent like 4 minutes trying to find the block button, but it apparently doesn't exist. You can still remove people from your block list in the options, but there's no input box to add them to it. In related news, I got demoted back down to G3. It's really frustrating when people are ahead, and then one teamfight goes bad and everyone tilts and starts insulting each other. [editline]22nd January 2017[/editline] It's also really frustrating when your jungler has negative pressure. The enemy jungler in my last game spend 2+ minutes bot lane trying to gank. He missed his engage the first time, then blew my flash the second time, then I had to eat it to shield my ADC the third time but we still lived and almost got a kill on the back end. Where was my jungler this entire time? Excellent question! He was farming our jungle the entire time. After the second time I pinged the enemy top jungle to try and get him to do something while the enemy jungle literally sat in our lane, but the only thing that happened was our top lane roamed to mid and failed a gank.

Watching them furiously trying to spam add me is quite funny honestly, if I don't accept it they can't spam invites either way.
