I'd say it's definitely one of the best, but the classics like Lucian's will always be great as well.

Being a joke or not, it's still Diamond 1/Bronze 5.

However he manages to actually forcefully stay in Bronze 5 blows my mind, you can clearly see he goes 23/2 Fiora and such.
He must AFK in the end, but then again how can't his team win 4v5 enough times to AT LEAST bring him to Bronze 4?

They hurt like hell, I honestly avoid them until I have backed once or reach level 3 with enough health. Varies per champion of course.

It is also my favorite early counter/invasion spot choice because if someone under estimates them you can get an easy clean up.

Fuck raptors, it's a camp you're basically forced to skip for a while because you'll die otherwise.

Also, I love how Gromp execution has almost disappeared with pre-season 7.

Depends on the champion. Of the meta junglers, most of them can do birds fairly easily as 4th or 5th camp - IE, at level 3 minimum. Kha can do it at 3 with jump kinda shaky, or can take W again at 3 for a very easy clear. Rengar obviously shreds it and heals back most of the damage. Zac is pure AoE clear with high sustain. Elise can do it pretty easy. Lee can obviously clear it fairly well, quick but does lose some health to it without smite I think. Vi shits on it. Hecarim shits on it.

Going slightly lower to Olaf, he clears it VERY well with Q spam. I don't know about Rek'sai's clear, but I assume she clears it okay because she does a lot of AoE and disruption. Graves clears it pretty well.

The important thing about birds is smacking one and pulling them to the bush. This limits the damage the little ones can deal, and lines and groups them up very nicely for your AoE abilities.
