The duration is fine, the cooldown is retarded.

Should just lose mr when on cooldown/bubble popped so it's not the best item at all times

Had my first S+ game as Sona. I'm surprised I was actually able to pull it off though cause we were getting rolled so hard at one point that they had an inhib down for us and we still had the first set of towers up on their side. It's blind pick, the guy probably locked Fiora but got in last and had to go support.

How does yi have 20 kills and 270 cs but can't upgrade boots

ive been playing with a few kogs and im pretty sure thats the MF replacement into the top 3 adcs

Pretty sure Kog still just isn't good enough right now. QT was playing him and after like ~20 games had like a 43% winrate on him. He likes to joke about discovering the new meta, - which a lot of high elo players do, finding new OPs that fly under the radar until the current OPs get nerfed or countered too hard - but he did say that Kog might be the new OP in like 3 patches and I don't disagree. He's got more things going for him now than he did last patch. Ferocity damage masteries got nerfed across the board, which while Kog liked Battle Trance/Double-Edged he likes not getting destroyed before getting in range. GB got nerfed, Edge of Night got nerfed. People are more willing to play enchanters - Lulu, Nami, Karma - than they were before, which he loves. MF and Varus are getting nerfed on PBE. Lethality as a whole is on the cusp of getting nerfed, Talon and Quinn will likely get nerfed. If we see general damage drop a little more, he could be an okay pick - the same tier as Ashe and MF right now. Ive been playing kog for ages but not with a crit build. I usually go bork rageblade wits end and runaans. I either get void, ldr or liandries as well. It melts anyone in a about 5-10 attacks thanks to rage blade.

When your jungle gets invaded so badly that your lane opponent who is also a semi-counter starts 1/0/1, Rengar won't gank because 'Cait took my red' and their jungler almost regularly pays visits to your lane. I don't always mind losing games but this is just negative levels of fun.

The recent Rageblage buff giving it the 25% attack speed from the Recurve Bow as a default item bonus was great for Kog and I think pulled him out of the gutter because that item is so good on him.

Maybe EoN over Maw, but you'd sacrifice the shield and the omnivamp buff.
