Think Riven's teamfight windslash will be weaker and easier to counter if those changes would be final, seeing as the dmg goes all in on the first target
never noticed this until now but riven is literally the only champion in the game with an AD scaling shield
She has fucking ad scaling on everything, even her passive. High scalings too.

This game is getting so fucking stale. Every game I play is just full of the same champions. Typical vayne/thresh or some shit, with a lee sin jungle or whatever other top played 20 champions are for the other lanes. Same thing in the LCS. It's just the same champs picked over and over again. It's quite shocking that league has over 100 champions, it feels like there's about a third of that.

I think there are plenty of champions which are simply not viable due to other champions having ridiculous kits, and these champions are played way more often, now it's all about mobility, ton of cc and tankyness it seems, also squishies simply get crapped on by everything now, feels like league of fatties more like. Why play anything else if you can become a raid boss and not die, but instead push your lane all day long until nexus.
By the way I think the game gets boring primarily because there is only one map for 5v5, I'd be more fun to have different maps, different objectives.

it's way way better than it used to be
i know it's been said but there's like, almost no unplayable champions at this point. even the worst picks for each lane are still solid (if outclassed) champs
