Good second item? Rush that shit first item on any auto attackers period. Rageblade, Nashors and Gunblade turns anyone that auto attacks a lot, regardless of if they're hybrid or not into a stupid powerhouse. I just tried on Irelia which is by no mean a hybrid auto attacker and I was 1v2'ing the top laner and jungler ganks into a double kill with health to spare and that was only with Rageblade early on. The AOE of Rageblade is also a huge circle around you, the pushing power is retarded, it's like 3-4 time the size of Ravenous Hydra AOE.

I'm sitting here leveling a new account and my friends and I just discussed something about runes.. Didn't they change that you could upgrade your runes? Or is that some nonsense I heard. Basically I'm asking if I should just wait for the tier 3 runes like I did with my other account, we just saw a Vayne with tier 2 runes and just wondered if it's because you can upgrade them later on.

I can't remember. I doubt they'll re-introduce that system when they said it was removed because people didn't use it/didn't know how to use it.

Tier 2 runes are a complete waste of money, worse than Tier 1, as Tier 1s are actually pretty good in a stat/price perspective

Hell yes they're updating one of my favorites. Not so sure about her kit but it's a welcome change, plus the model/splashes are great.
