she looks good as hell, her face is really well animated and the model kept her old image in a sense but made it a lot better plus that splash is sick

Yeah, Illaoi is OP as fuck. So oppressive

I find as a jungler you become very important to a lane that has Illinois in it, what I tend to do is take advantage of her early game immobility keeping a lot of pressure on the lane. If the gank fails, I walk around the area and clear the tentacles as they give you bonus gold and forces her to set back up. It is sort of the same idea as managing heimers turrets.

The fact she can put out a tentacle minigame on you [i]for a minute[/i] is just... oppressive as Dawnkiller said.

Which is why team work is extremely crucial to beating her, but theres a short supply of that outside of premades so meh.

Sure. If you're willing to walk all the way back to your tower, dodging tentacles on the way, just to attack 6 times while missing CS and XP. Otherwise no way in hell are you safely taking them down. Also, even without tentacles around, and you decide to 1v1 her, her ult will just immediately spawn tentacles around, and you'll get double damaged from the tentacles hitting both your spirit and yourself as you'll probably not be moving around too much. Oppressive.

So if you pull a spirit out of someone; and a tentacle hits the spirit AND the champ, will the champ take that extra 20-40% damage? She honestly seems OP if you build White boots (that 5 MS buff, only for 800 its such a good item) and Deadmans Plate to counter act her sluggishness.
