If you have a lvl 2 powerspike support going all in with your W sounds like a better choice to me. With all the CC you'll most likely get max stacks on the E anyways.

By just going E-Q, you can get in a hefty trade and just back off. Then you can all in at lvl 3 when they're at half hp

Rank 1 Q is only 30% aspd. That's not really a ton. Honestly W is too good to pass up level 2 especially because E resets it now. imo

I think when I was still playing I was actually in around the top 10 players on EUW? Give or take a few ranks.

Well, I got Silver 2. Not exactly what I was hoping for. Could have dodged a couple games which may have changed something. Oh well time to work up to Gold.

I just got bored of the game after having played for almost 6 years. That and most friends i'd play with also quit one after another. [editline]7th December 2015[/editline] I also dislike a lot of the changes they made to the game in the last like 6 months.
