So does anyone else get drops in their framerate when Poppy is in a game

that's not a low framerate it's just what the map looks like when you're being punted back to your nexus

no point going with the cdr mastery the precision one is just way too good

Why do people still buy stattik+rfc on vayne?

She does true dmg so rushing armor pen early isnt needed, just attack speed for stacking the bolts, you get movement speed for kiting/chasing, you get energized attacks, it increases your attack range so you dont get blown up, and with the mastery that heals you on crits every 2 seconds you get a nice increase in crit chance and with botrk you do some pretty hefty damage. Finish it with a infinity edge and Doms regards. Or defensive items.

Energized attacks don't stack with each other since 5.24. SS/Shiv shouldn't be that effective anymore since you're losing out on a lot of damage.

Eh I was just saying why someone might go it, I like phantom dancer personally but that's just me.
