Goddamnit, just got the dreaded maestro error again. Now the league patcher won't actually launch until like 5 minutes after I click the shortcut.

Am I a scrub or does Sivir just feel kind of useless most of the time? I've been playing her a bit and she's frustrating me to no end.
Her entire kit seems to revolve around praying the enemy is distracted by your team mates, which, you being the ADC, is not very likely. And if they aren't, you're dead because you have no escape, no mobility, no CC whatsoever. You're not like Tristana with her ever-increasing range and W. You're not Graves with his E. You're not Vayne and the bullshit that comes with her. Hell, you're not even Ashe with the cone-slow and ult. If you're caught out, you are [I]fucked[/I].

you have to be dominating ur lane with her, if you arent you're already losing/lost lane
qtpie talked about her a bit awhile ago, her W is a lot more damage in lane than it seems and she has a lot of poke and hard engage on your lane, thats why you get supports like ali and leona with her who do the same thing, are meant to go in and not go out

Have you already received a chest this season for Shen? You can only get one per champion per season.
Do you have chests available? You get 1 per week up to 4 saved up.

been playing this again for the past month after quitting around the end of season 3, since my friends all got back into it and I need something to play when I'm too angry to play Dota 2
jhin is extremely fun, one of the most fun champions riot has designed, I love just about everything about his kit
however as someone who mostly plays adc I'm not too hot on this tank meta right now
I have an account that is low ranked that I don't usually play on, I mostly do it whenever I feel bored and wanna pass some time.
But, today I received a penalty on it. I seriously don't wanna be a big crybaby here but for those who want [URL="http://pastebin.com/raw/3e7928s7"]try and take a look at the chat that was in my ban reasoning[/URL].
And just so you know what happened:
I'm Veigar mid, our botlane dies a few times to my Talon roaming down there. I TP to try and counter it but come on I'm Veigar and it's really really early in the game.. I tried my best.
Sona tilts, runs mid flashes under their tower ults and dies over and over and over. We still win the game however.
What the hell is wrong with these penalties? Surely I can't be the only one experiencing this.

I see people write shit like this in high elo streams as well, I guess it's just because it's around silver/gold and people take EVERYTHING so harsh and then enough reports just lead to punishment.

It might be incorrect, but I think you can only get so many key fragments within a certain span of time. I went over a week once without getting any and then the next day I got 4 within 6 games.
Yeah I heard the same, the more key frags you get, the less your chances of getting one are. I think the diminishing return gets retarded at around 12 (So for the 4 chests of the month) It's probably to discourage people hoarding keys or something.
Chance of getting key fragments should depend on how many chests you have
I still have my 3 chests so i wanna see like 40-50%

I still play the champions I want in the lane I got adjusted but I'd prefer the lane I want to actually practice in.
I also sometimes add people that are bellow my elo and were teaching me the last game or saying how trash I am to see their logic behind it, most of the times it's pretty hilarious D:

I remember the days where we didn't even have the option to choose a lane, now the game is so kids friendly you literally just have to be able to fill two roles. No offense dude, but if you got a problem with that then it's not the game. Just queue top or mid, you can practically play the same shit in both lanes but it's just more common you'll face tanks top so yeah.
It used to be far worse, now you have a guaranteed chance of one lane at least.

back in my day, there were only 3 champions and matchmaking didn't exist
