Think I'll just stick with Ymir, he's great. blocking and freezing people Is just more entertaining. His ult just seems rather underwhelming to me though. Feels like almost everything can avoid it with the amount of leaps/dashes unless you freeze then ult but feels like I'm going all in for something that can easily fail and that freeze could've been saved to assist a team mate.
How'd you guys get beta keys? I saw TotalBisctuit's video and I thought it's only a 100 for him, everyone else has to wait for an open beta :O

Fun trick a lot of people don't realize: as soon as your boar stuns someone place your trap under them. After your boar stun runs out your trap will snare them giving you loads of time to attack them.

2 people instalocked the 2 classes I know remotely how to play so I ended up having to play Ra in the middle lane. Needless to say, they thought since I was forced into playing him that I should be some prodigy at playing him (I wasn't). Same person who told me to mid also told me I suck even after saying it's a bad idea because I don't know how to play the character.
And then you know there's something wrong when someone who ended up feeding 11 deaths (not that I had much choice, after my first death the enemy team was aiming at me in any 2+ v 2+) also led the team in experience and money.
There were about 2 of those that I probably maybe could have avoided, but when 3 of your teammates are on your back about your 'choices' it isn't very motivating for me to try running from a 3 v 1 gank.
I played a match and all I can say is that this is my favourite moba alongside Dota 2 now! :dance:

It's really fun!
And well you average about 58 (Fame? or Honor? I forgot what it was called) per game and each god is about 5500, so it takes quite awhile. Each level up so far for me has granted me 1,000 Fame but I know I can't rely on that soon enough. Only downside so far I see.

So I got Arachne, but now I'm level 6. Should I expect a different team composition on both teams than the standard 5 unlocked gods?

Yeah definitely, you're gonna start seeing much more variety now.
Just started playing this. I played Ymir for quite a while and seemed to be doing quite good with him, then I moved onto normals and now it's annoying, because I always seem to be laneing against some Guan Yu or whatever he's called who's damn powerful.

How do you play Guan Yu? Everyone is saying he's OP but I feel like I'm doing nothing with him. It's not that I'm bad, as I pub-stomp with other characters, but I can't seem to figure out why my Guan Yu is so poor.
