Artemis is probably the worst ranged ad in the game. highest dps potential due to her 2 but no escapes at all.
Sobek is pretty fun to play, wouldn't say no to buying him.

Have to play a carry or just no chance at all in solo queue but even when I go 34-3 team still loses fucking terribles everywhere.
Yeah, the matches are getting worse... More new players I suppose, even though people have started saying that they don't care about winning in normal matches, they just want kills then. "If you want to win, go play ranked".

Just played my first 2 matches and won them both. This game is so strange coming from LoL.
Is there any chance of this becoming competitive once it's released? Seems a little too chaotic to me, but that could just be me getting destroyed by the crazy fireworks monkey ult.

I hadn't played Smite for a while but I stumbled upon some Let's Plays today and saw Freya was released (also found out later on that Ares was released, but haven't tried him yet).
I just went into a game as Ymir with autolevel and autobuy on because I'm really a terrible Moba player, I don't like messing with stats to get the best build, I just wanted to play.
But obviously Ymir is a beast, no one on the enemy team build nearly enough magical protection and I have too much health for anyone to kill me. Plus for the first game ever I was actually landing my second ability without having to stun people first! So I ended up only dying once. I once got caught out of position by myself with 2 people chasing me, I used my wall to keep them at bay and ran into the jungle, but they still chased me despite not doing any damage only to run into my team, get stunned and double killed by my ult.
Anyone have an extra beta key for me?

Are people still playing? I must admit, I actually don't like the jungling that has been added. It's so much more fun playing with 2 people laning...

not really as it just doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. Been a year and hirez have no idea where they want the game to go, things keep changing for the worse and that isn't even taking balance into account. Their twitch channels are a joke and are just unprofessional mess. the 'pro' scene is also a huge joke, no teams want to actually get better and just roster change every 5minutes.
Was fun at the start but almost every update made the game less enjoyable for me.

I don't know when was the last time you played, but the game has got a lot better since then.
While there has been some changes I don't like (Like the Item "Bumba's Mask"), most of them have been good.
Like the lastest change, they are updating the graphics and they actually gave the conquest's jungle a purpose. (Though it needs some changes, since right now the "jungler" role is so good here it's pretty much a Must. Gotta wait for next week's patch.)
