So I finally made it into the server, a few questions; is third person disabled? And should I be hearing a radio ping when I hit capslock to talk? The little broadcasting thing shows up, but I'm not getting any feedback. Also, is there a way to talk without the radio using ACRE?

For local talk without the radio, use whatever TS3 is set up for as push-to-talk.
I'm hearing the ping now. So I should have my radio/my TS3 push to talk on different keys? And TS3 will act as a VOIP ingame without the radio?

The 510 is currently only in use by civillians and for sports shooting (It has been replaced by the SIG SG 550 back in 1990).
If you wanna play as current-gen swiss army, then the 510 won't get you far tbh.
If you wanna replicate 60's swiss however, then the 510 is the way to go.
