Hey guys, I'm a new member looking to play with you guys. 'The Rifleman' recruited me so I'm trying to get set up. Right now I'm having problems setting up arma A3 sync. Can someone help me out?
I've successfully connected to the FPARMA repository, so now I'm trying to download the add-ons.
I've noticed that for some reason, there aren't any default destination folders listed in the dropdown. All the files are there, but no destination folder.
I checked the instructions, and there's a steam folder listed in the dropdown, and the instructions say say that everything should be saved to the arma 3 folder.
Can someone help me out with this please?

I don't know how to. I'm assuming you're saying to list the default folder as the arma one, but nothing appears in the dropdown menu. It doesn't even let me search for a destination.

6 facepunchers chasing a humvee that is sliding away from them, with one of them going "ghosty car mate"

They, Pattons, and Hellcats were mostly just used as gimmick cannon fodder and last resort tanks though. :v: Only militias ended up using them in combat operations because they can be taken out with the shittiest anti-tank arsenal, and the T55-T72-M84 trio came in bigger numbers with no need for cannibalizing other tanks for spare parts and ammunition.
Now, getting some hot T-55 action in urban combat of Chernarus or Panthera, that I'd fucking love.

Any way to get the game to run any better than 20 FPS or am I just stuck with that forever? It doesn't seem to matter what settings I change, it never goes over 30, usually stays around 20-25

Yeah it feels as ifthere hasn't been a proper BLUFOR operation since Red Hammer. I mean, there WERE several(the botched NATO-Pacific Al-Rayak and US Army Helvantis ops come to mind), but for the most part its playing as various INDFOR and OPFOR factions. With a small BLUFOR twist in the form of spec ops and whatnot.

Check your distance settings. Put everything on all low, no effects, etc. Vsync off.
as shit as it looks. turn off shadows.
Doubled my fps.
