Does anyone know any item combinations? so far I've found 3 [sp]Stick and Rock - Axe Cloth and Alcohol - Molotov Electrical Scrap/Parts - Alcohol - Explosive[/sp]

Bought it because I've been hyped for this. It shows that its REALLY an --ALPHA-- so, keep that in mind everybody. There are going to be bugs, crashes (just had one), and weird things happening. But, so far, I love it. The graphics are amazing and the sense of fear is magnificent. I found myself turning around a lot just from hearing small noises because those tribe people don't fuck around. So far, no monsters. I cannot wait until its completely finished because I know it's going to be groundbreaking. Is it just me or is that log gathering thing broken? The building you should be able to put spare logs into.

Had some fun playing. My first death was by falling off a cliff walking backwards from a monster. Was carrying logs that obscured my vision and walked into my fire TWICE !!!! Bugs I have encountered: Built a cabin in the sky and fell through the ground. A number of the things I have built have decided to float. Also some weird terrain problems. Flair guns are hilarious as there is no time between firing and you have a ridiculous amount of ammo. Just spam the mouse and fire like 15 of the things. My game also crashed just now. When using a shelter they need to make it not just advance time but change the weather as I was dying of hunger and could not light my fire as no mater how far I advanced time it was still raining. Thankfully the rain stopped before I died. The game is fun but does need some tweaks here and there.

Is anybody else having problems saving? I built a hunting shelter and pressed z and when I woke up it was later but the game crashed a bit after and the load button doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm pretty sure you can't save at the moment.

Awesome you cant save. I was gonna do a perma-death for my first run anyway

Right now if you get bored you know you cannot save so just go hunting for monsters and see how many you can take at once.

Games good so far. Sound design needs work. A lot of sounds are very artificial sounding, and don't fit their surroundings. The noises the Mutants make when they spot you is very weird too.

So... how the fuck do i get / make logs? except for that the game is REALLY good, very visually appealing and its survival elements are really good, inmersion is just plain great (Inventory being part of the world and the survival "book") are both geniusly incredible ideas!

I guess I was dumb enough to think I could run this. I have everything on the lowest settings possible and it still stutters. The draw distance is reversed for some reason so whenever i go to chop down a tree it just fucking fades infront of me and I can't collect wood or anything.

Whaaaaaaaat. Made a great camp, went away to take a dump. Came back and the game is on the main menu. JESUS.

Okay so I got knocked out. I woke up in a cave and stuttered along to find 3 mutants. I hit one of them, and the rest of them started running in a circle, not attacking me. If I hit one of them, they just stood still for a moment then continued to run. Also navigating the cave is impossible because the wall are invisible. I was watching someone streaming and they said that there was an issue with memory leaks, which is probably why people are experiencing slowdowns.

oh god what i saw a dead mutant by a tent on the beach, I cut him into pieces, picked up his leg while my axe was equipped, making a legaxe, and then i was flung into the air. I fell, died, and loud as fuck music played.

Find yourself a flare gun, it's basically a 9 shot mini flamethrower. Also if you left click to equip it from your inventory, like anything else, it dupes it. You can make an infinite supply of flamethrowers. Game seems off to a good start, can't wait for the co-op to be added. I managed to make a log cabin, was concerned when it started building in the air but as soon as it finished, it respawned in the ground. I was doing pretty well but got to a yacht and it crashed my game. REALLY want the co-op ASAP! The whole catapulting into space thing happened with me too: Night time, built shelter, crouch down in shelter, open esc menu, somehow makes my character stand up. GAME DOESNT LIKE THAT. I disappear into space, dead, wake up in cave where I can walk through the wall and fall into the infinite void.

Holy Jesus fuck, I came a cross a terrifying monster with a fucked up look. It was dark and my lighter went off then 3 sec later it went up again and POOF there it is, in front of me. I can post a picture of it if you are interested.

okay i built a neat shelter, got some food and i got setup I went to sleep, guy wakes up in the middle of the night and i start to hear sounds so i turn on my campfire to make sure no one is there, i suddenly see a small light in the distance, the light gets closer and closer then i look up as i saw someting falling from it, MOTHERFUCKING MUTANTS ON TREES as soon i did that the fuckers trew themselfs right on me and i did a last stand with my axe i managed to kill a female mutant and was alredy having a fight with another guy when my PC just hard-freezed, probably from temperatures or someting Man the experiences / stories this game gives are AMAZING
