Do you play on US east or west? If east I'd suggest putting west as an option, even if you have worse ping most people speak English and there aren't many Peruvians that play on US West.

Pick dazzle for his disintegration ray that bounces to nearby enemies and allies that also acts as a small healing ability. Ability best used against grouped up units.

And pick dazzle against armor stacking teams, or to stack armor on your own team.

I would've gotten an orchid for pudge/cm/ta, but with the other team's lineup I can see why you would rush a bkb and then forget about it.
Having tower damage on par with a dazzle in a 1 hour game is pretty piss poor especially for a core, I would've gone a QW build, a good tornado EMP on axe/pudge/ta and you gimp their presence hard.
That said, huskar having almost the same GPM as the ward bitch and less xp is pretty pathetic.

Shallow Grave is a basic ability unlike False Promise. That's one reason.

Dazzle can heal multiple heroes at once with no drawbacks, there's another.

Dazzle also has one of the best and most versatile ults in the game that plays against and synergizes with heavy physical teams, or can sustain or deter a high ground push or teamfight, among other uses, hey that's three!

I would actually prefer to pick Oracle if I'm paired with Huskar tbh since you can do some crazy stuff with healing delays and magic resistance
other than that I'd usually just prefer to have a Dazzle unless the enemy team is particularly supceptable to magic nukes rather than physical damage

What really seperates Oracle from Dazzle is his Q
I think Dazzle does better overall in the field in which they overlap but Oracle's purge is super neat and versatile in how it helps, from removing crucial buffs from Omniknight or debuffs like hexes using a non ultimate spell and on both enemies and allies is pretty huge, and that's before including a full stop to hasted units, the only slow that does so.
and since his ultimate is also a strong dispell, I think Oracle is a hero you should pick if there's a lot of buffs/debuff in the enemy lineup you want to clear, while Dazzle is a more reliable heal/hurt support

Honestly I find Oracle like 10 times more fun anyway and that alone would make me play Oracle over Dazzle in any given scenario

If I still had friends to play with that could communicate with me I'd probably do Oracle more
