I am pretty sure it does dispel everything on the target when it is under the threshold.
I think this lead to weird situations ( when you used it in on people who had str drained by undying then gain it back when you cull them, thus preventing them from dieing.

Now that I don't remember.
I know it slowed movement, because someone recomended getting orb of venom to stack with it.

Press the Attack, False Promise, Supernova, Kraken Shell, and Enrage are the other abilities I was thinking of. Personally, I didn't know False Promise purged it but I also don't know Oracle that well (and got it confused for another one of his abilities for some reason).

The Boar slow is both a movement and attack speed slow.

I think Fortunes end is also a strong purge, so it can remove fates edict.

I was thinking there was special types of slows or something. :v:
