Shuriken bounce is still strong as ever, not to mention the initial nuke damage and the fact it ministuns. Invisibility is pretty good for a roaming support, deals decent damage when bullying people, doesn't let everyone know what you're up to. Courier shenanigans. Has a slow too.
Can also build pretty much anything and be fine with it.

Well, I ended up trying out Pike TA. It was a bit disappointing.
Half of my fucking matches end up bugging at the hero selection, and when I connect back it is save to leave. Well, sometimes it is just me. Any way to fix this?

sf has like 1 ganking rune until level 9 and its haste, but even now that it doesnt last that long he prob wont come unless theres already a big opening in the lane near the spawn just come to his lane and stun and its usually a kill w/ raze

would the charges of the urn be carried over in any way though?
Reworked Forceboots would be nice mixing Phase & Force Staff. Gives the initial force push and movespeed bonus upon activation and could be used on allies for the same effect, maybe a pulled backwards for the same distance and slowed by the same percentage as the phase bonus temporarily? Though I imagine a mix of Atos would probably be needed for that.

force boots would probably only be able to be used on the owner i'd imagine also ideally they would build from phase boots like its icon implies rather than treads
still would be op if you could get a forcestaff every game essentially without taking up a slot, you would. its good on every hero
yeah maybe force boots arent really a good idea for a phase boots upgrade guardian greaves made sence because mek and arcanes were bought together so often by so many heroes what item is very commonly bought on heroes that get phase boots?
it would have to be something super mediocre to not be op since boots are already so efficient that making them not take a slot anymore (essentially) would be pretty disgusting. the reason guardian greaves was made is because supports have the least slots of any role
TPs also take a slot which is why BoTs are so amazing so assuming the phase boots upgrade was expensive enough the user would have to be weighing upgrading their phases vs just selling them to buy travels once the later stage of the game comes around
