the high base damage stops being cool very early but you still have the second best strength growth in the game, a good slow, and a strong AoE disable.

with a stout shield most heroes cannot trade hits with you

I mean he's no Earth Spirit or even Lion but I'd say he's less boring than Omniknight or Lich and about the same as Ogre Magi
It also just feels nice getting thanked a lot by teammates when you heal them

Treant is one of those tactical map control-based heroes that bores most people to play and to watch, but personally I always thought those kinds of heroes were more interesting.

that spends like 2/3rds of your mana pool early on though so you can do it like once every two minutes maybe

and tbh getting a double kill with nothing but a stout shield and your wooden fists sounds more fun to me

I actually find treant fun if I can get some (a lot for a support) gold, otherwise the 'fun then boring' thing applies. I'm talking midas>blink/aghs/octarine/shivas/travels. This is not easy for a selfless melee support, so like most people I avoid playing him.

I just got another double kill in the first 30 seconds of the game in my third game as a row playing the big tree man

we actually managed to lose this one because we didn't push our advantage enough i think and they had an antimage

I also need to focus more on building a fast aghanim's but it's buildup is so weird compared to the utility items i prefer to get on other melee supports

Well, I suppose you can't do it very much at all when playing standard support Omni, but as off lane you can spam it pretty often with soul ring. I swear, I can see the tears in the carries eyes as he stares at a creep without going for the last hit.

Calibration is nothing but

It's up to the will of RNJesus and fate to place you with a decent team

It has nothing to do with how good you are but how good your team just so happens to be

Either that or you're so good that you can carry alone against three to five fully fed carries (which no matter how good you are you fucking can't)

The only way your own skill matters is how good your teammates have to be in order to win

MMR means nothing in terms of skill

get on my level - i lost all 9 out of 10 callibration games where our team got steamrolled, AND ive been playing a fucking supports, still got a somewhat decent 3300 rank; no wonder people call it begin a medicore bracket

What Banned said, but I would almost always favour lifesteal on SF over desolator if I had to choose between the two.

SF can also, and in fact may just want to after the 6.86 changes, go to safelane.

In that case though you'd definitely want to get lifesteal + skadi since you'll almost invariably be 1'ing as opposed to maybe be 1'ing in midlane.
