I have a grand total of one friend that I regularly play Dota with

I try adding decent people I meet but then they just become friendslist fodder and don't interact with me even if I start let alone play a game with

My only other friend is a 4k who while I enjoy playing with because he's cool I don't because I'm not used to that skill level

That and timezone issues...

Other than that finding people who are decent, not assholes, and is actually willing to play at my skill level is fucking impossible

I'm basically forced to soloqueue

The whole point of Curse is so people are forced to cast spells thus making it stronger

But if you force them not to then it does like 35*6=210 magic damage which is shit

And both have the same duration so it's IMPOSSIBLE to cast a spell

Aghs is fantastic on Silencer, the silence effect stops enemies from casting spells which makes them lose a fight, and when the silence ends the DoT begins which will cancel enemies' blinkdaggers so they cant join in as easily after the fight ends. Plus the 18% slow on it still works for the full silence duration and 6 seconds afterwards, 12 seconds of slows.

Aghs + Refresher is a very good way to win a game with a barracks push, you throw ult, Q, refresh and Q again, and then ult once your previous ult runs out of duration. Enemies affected by 4 curses will be slowed by 72% which will completely cripple their ability to run away, and since they are silenced they can't even fight back.

I recommend ASIC trying Radiance quas wex invoker, it's a lot of fun doing it on low level pubs. Just ghost walk around and kill them. Once Ghost Walk is out of cooldown, cast Cold Snap and/or Ice Wall and instantly Ghost Walk again for maximum annoyance.

Here I am actually doing something in teamfights as NP, even having a truly useful item like bloodthorn, for once being somewhat smart, and this spectre decides to make a blademail mid game for no reason.
After that, everyone tells her to finish the radiance which she had not even started, despite me telling her not to and telling her to go diffusal. This was a bit after the blademail.

When does she finish the radiance? 2 minutes before the game ends.

Fuck DAMNIT, would have been 5 guesses in a row if we won this PISS easy game, but nope, I get the dumbest spectre ever that thinks a radiance is gonna do anything at all vs an alchemist with bkb that can kill her in less than 3 seconds!

The level 1 is worth it for what you get if you are going to play casually imo. 10$ gets you the godtier CM announcer, a terrain, a weather, and 1 treasure II and III(which you don't get dupes for until lvl 98 and 187). Even playing casually you should also be able to unlock the 3 quest sets.

While my ranked mmr is around 1.8k, I don't really play ranked.
I don't think my skill level is that far off from it (yasp.co says its around 2.4k), but I get an annoyingly wide skill range of players in my games.

People do buy sentries or dust at this level. It varies how much from game to game.
That's why I someitmes I get Manta on Riki (it carries Radiance aura and makes you go faster).

However I usually don't get to radiance anyone to death for whatever reason.
I feel like more often I am just ending up pushing the creepwaves.

I did that a few years back.

A possible problem is it is very obvious that you are affected by ghost walk even at the lowest graphics settings. So if the enemy has any kind of sight they will use it.

The visual effect of Radiance is not visible on the lowest graphics setting.
So it is easier to stand next to someone and radiance them to death in my experience.

I had to think long and hard before I understood what you meant. I thought you meant being able to force a teammate's items out of their own stash.

Yes, with that I can agree with you that being able to get your own items back in general would be very welcome.
